Protein Overnight Oats! ๐Ÿ’ช
This is the easiest way to get protein, energizing carbs, and a solid amount of fiber in the morning.
I eat this EVERY SINGLE morning without fail even when I'm not training.
The best part? You can make a bunch and store them in the fridge for the week.
Ingredients:
  • 60gr of rolled oats
  • 100ml almond milk (I use one that's sweetened with cane sugar)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Topping - 100gr of mixed frozen berries
Tips:
  • Play around with the quantities to fit your preference
  • Use less/more almond milk for the texture
  • You can use any dairy you like (I use almond milk because it's lower in calories and it tastes great ๐Ÿ˜„)
  • Use any flavor of whey you want (I've used chocolate and strawberry before, but vanilla is my favorite)
  • Plant protein works too, I just haven't tried.
  • Add low fat / no fat Greek yogurt if you want to bump up the protein!
Method:
  • Pour almond milk into a glass container
  • Then the scoop of protein powder
  • Mix well with a spoon or mixer
  • Dump oats in and mix well again
  • Make sure all oats are covered in milk
  • Top with berries
  • Place it in the fridge overnight. That's it!
