Your LinkedIn profile and the new Algo
Hey guys, I came across this custom GPT to analyze your profile, check your positioning and overall message. It might be useful, especially because the new Algo prioritizes coherence (posts, comments, 1 clear message). Just follow the instructions, remember to expand the sections where you see "more" and get some personalized feedback: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-693a9c8c42a0819194e2499b49b8c86a-brew360-profile-classification

I will go down that rabbit hole after, as a good girl, doing my follow ups and connections requests and content and…. But yes. It sounds like a wonderful asset. Thanks @Daniele Ponzo
A question about the tracker
Hi @Kevin Dowling. Do i create another tracker for client work? Or do I use the same one for both activities just make a division on it?

Yes. I do client work everyday. I post for him 3x a week, I comment, I connect. Today for example I did 3 hours 75 minutes of client work. I''mm sticking to your rule of small steps more now. For example this week''s content for him was spaced during the week but sometimes I spend too much writing because I get carried away. But if I know I can''tt spend the whole day doing it….so yes, i do something for the client each day.

Yes, yesterday I did that. I wrote the posts for this week (His) in sprints of 45 mins but I was also doing commenting and connecting and that I do by how many and sometimes it takes me a long time to find ONE comment to go to. So that ate a lot of my time yesterday and I only found 2 so maybe I can''t say: do 5 comments/day maybe it should be spend 45 minutes commenting or something like that based on time spent vs how many I find? Yesterday I created another list for him and I''mm going to focus on topics more than on people (also for me).
How to Steal like an Artist: Pattern Recognition
Funny moment from yesterday's Office Hours. At the start of the call we were chatting about @Daniele Ponzo's son, Alessandro Liam. And I joked: I can call him AL. Then I reference that famous Paul Simon Song (da-dada-da) We didn’t watch anything on the call, we moved on. Today I was reviewing the transcript for content ideas. Then I was curious, so I pulled up the You Can Call Me Al music video. It’s basically, actor Chevy Chase performing the song like he’s the star. Paul Simon's pissed because he's being outshined... And it's funny because of the contrast. Then I recognised the pattern. George Ezra's song Listen to the Man (with Sir Ian McKellen) does the exact same thing, years later. Same comedic structure: - big personality co-star - dominates the video - artist looks fed up - tension = funny You immediately know what it's inspired by, but it doesn't feel like copying, because it's done tastefully. And there's the lesson for stealing like an artist... The difference between remixing + copying. The good kind of stealing: ✅ swipe the structure (the format, contrast, mechanics) ✅ then swap in your own language + POV + examples And the lazy kind: ❌ copy/paste someone’s words ❌ copy/paste someone’s offer page ❌ add nothing new and take credit for it We literally talked about this on the call. It happens more than people think. The skill that actually matters here is pattern recognition. Some creators sit down to be original and get stuck. Builders do this instead: - Spot the pattern (what repeats?) - Find the mechanism (humour, tension, etc.) - Remix it with your context (clients, niche, story, lessons) Then create in your style without polishing it into generic AI mush. That’s how you create content that feels new, and without becoming a copycat. Question for you: what’s something you’ve seen lately (post/video/email) where you loved the format, and could remix it for your own work this week?

Artists (and we are artists) have "stolen” work from others since the begining of time. It's called “being inspired by X or Y) As long as you’re transparent about this…
CBC This Week (potential changes)
Hey everyone, My uncle passed suddenly on Saturday and we're in the process of funeral arrangements right now so I just wanted to update you all. As things stand, we will still have our 2nd workshop tomorrow where we'll evaluate your strategies, celebrate your progress and look at what we can build on for this week. Wednesday's sprint may need to be moved to Thursday (or you can run it without me) as I an 90% sure the service will be that day. I will keep you all in the loop, and hopefully see you tomorrow. If you need my eyes on any of your DMs, offers or anything else, please message me today so I can move you forward. ~Kev

Golden Nuggies – DM Strategy
Hey all, Thanks for coming to the DM's That Feel Good workshop today. I've started adding Golden Nuggets (soundbites from the session) to the Recap & Actions Doc. This will be incredibly useful for a quick skim if you're looking for the 'right insight at the right time' and you can't make the live workshop for whatever reason. You can skim through here at the bottom of the doc (or watch the workshop if you can find time so you can go through the process of creating your DM's). Last week, I also added Nuggies for Building Offers That Sell. Funnily enough, it was the first time this year I actually rewatched one of the Multilingual Mastery workshops and thought the Value:Min ratio was pretty damn high hah! That's why I created the Nuggies 💡 Next week, I'm planning the Sales Call Greatest Hits workshop. So if you have any specific questions about sales calls you want answered, comment below and I'll be glad to cover it! ~Kev P.S. My messy doodles are also attached (everything is in the Master Doc if you missed the session and want the slides/message principles so you can templatise the flow for your conversations) Also found a GIF of a chicken laying nuggets and thought it was pretty funny/absurd so that's there too 🤔😂

Thank you @Kevin Dowling I must say the Q3 LI algorithm is a hell of a resource. It even helped me with the problem of inactive ICPs. Thank you.
