Sprint Session: Live Coworking is happening in 19 hours
Create 3 Posts In 30-60 Minutes
Hey everyone, On Wednesday, we talked about running the IMPACT Cycle next week, which means this time you spend on LinkedIn should NOT be for creating content. Creating the day of posting is a massive time-suck. You'll see in the Recap Doc from Wednesday's session the full action steps, but the section I'm bringing your attention to is attached in the image. So for you to 'publish the post', we need it ready to go. I've recorded a quick walkthrough video of how you can use the Stories to Content GPT to help you create your posts for the week. Simplest thing to do is this: 1. Start from a result (make it relevant to your offer) 2. Go to the S2C GPT and tell it like a story. 3. The AI writes + critiques for you. 4. Repeat for the problem post. 5. Repeat for perspective post. I'd recommend watching this video for a clear step-by-step walkthrough of how it can help you batch 3 posts. Maybe 30 minutes is ambitious, but when you see the speed of how it works, you can try get it done in under an hour. April Review – Collective Goal
Hey everyone, Today's the last day to push towards our April goal of 20+ offer invites sent. Proud of you all for staying committed to the process. Even if you didn’t hit 20 yet, this is still useful. What matters now is honesty, learning from the data, and making our right next moves. So let's debrief... What did you learn from the past 2 weeks? 3. What will intentionally change to make you better in May? You will use it to: - reflect on your progress so far - spot what’s slowed you down - choose the right track for May - set a simple 7-day commitment This will really push you to reflect on the wins and the lessons in a simple way. 🥉 Your Week 2 Reward (10k Collective)
Hey Builders, In our kickoff call last Wednesday? I told you I like to reward effort, not just outcomes. So your Week 2 Reward comes after 5 short days of observing your behaviour 🥉 To earn your reward, I want you to do something simple but super useful this week: Track your time and energy from Monday to Friday as you go about your normal work. I'm not asking you to obsess over what everything or to have a “perfect” week. Just notice where your time is really going, what’s draining you, and what may be slowing you down. Here is the step-by-step with all details. I've also recorded a video below you can watch. I'll also pop the summary below ⬇️ Before Monday: - choose your main goal for the week - choose your top 3 priorities Then through the week, lightly track daily: - what you worked on - roughly how long it took - your energy after doing it - whether it helped your main goal On Friday: - brain dump your week into ChatGPT using the doc prompt - send me your finished Time + Energy Report If you complete it, I’ll review it and give you: - 3 quick wins - what to do more of - what to do less/none of - what to simplify, automate, or eliminate - the prompt to build your plan for the following week This is such a simple exercise and it can give you so much clarity and constraint. I've been doing it for 3 months now and I can honestly say it has made me 5 times more effective in how I operate. (As someone who may be a little bit ADHD at the best of times) This can be just as useful for you, if you use it... ~Kev P.S. This is not designed to add more work to your plate. Postponing Tomorrow's MasterMind
Hey all, Sorry to do this but I have to reschedule tomorrow's MasterMind. I caught a dose over the weekend and I'm not feeling great right now. Will make up this session some time in April, date TBC. If you've logged your 8 days tracking this month, you will be able to come to this call. I also had to reschedule a workshop today I was planning. Where we review the last 90 days and build our the plan for Q2. As of right now, it's going ahead on Thursday at 3pm CET. If you want to come along, you can register here. It will be a very useful session for reflecting on progress so far in 2026 and creating a plan for the next 90 days. In my experience, April to June is the period where the right focus can get you into a great position before summer energy hits and many folks slow down for a month or two.
