New joiner here.. hope to add value where i can! :)
I'm Fabian and I'm from Malaysia. If you've not heard of the country, it's located right in between Thailand and Singapore. :) my current goal is to get my body fat percentage under 15% (currently at 17% based on my last InBody scan). why? cause i want a six pack. apart from it being cool, it's just a proof to myself that i can be disciplined and consistent in at least 1 area of my life. 38 year old dad of 2, hence trying to squeeze in where i can. at the same time, i am also working towards getting stronger so that my 70 year old self can wash my own a** when taking a dump. a goal that has a slightly more concrete timeline is I am also working towards my first Half Marathon in July 18 2026 with a target to complete under 2 hr 30 mins (my last run was 12km in 1hr 20 mins), lots to work on. :D if on a death row, my last meal would be Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (translated from Malay would be Oily Rice with Fried Chicken...LOL) ! If any of you have been to Malaysia, you'll know what I am talking about.

@Darren Liu thanks for the warm welcome, man! No worries, I follow your content on IG religiously and I don’t do anything that’s not sustainable. I will allocate part of my daily calories to my snacks/chocolates etc. 80% whole food 20% non-whole food.
One small win
I decided to start a new career path in commercial plumbing and I’m very excited for this new chapter!

You’re going to crush it! But even if you don’t, you won’t have any regrets of not attempting it 🤝
Little changes, real progress
After changing to a daily walking routine, I’ve started to really enjoy walking after work — quiet time, moving my body, and staying with myself. That consistency is carrying over into my training. When I train now, I’ve started noticing small muscles forming around my stomach. Nothing extreme — just subtle changes that make me feel proud. It reminds me that showing up daily, even in simple ways, really does build something over time ✨

One Small Win from the last 7 days 😆
I managed to get some comments from a Trial Reel in FB, though it was not a positive comment, but it’s a comment nonetheless. It’s a win for me because I learnt about the usefulness of changing the Hook in my video and utilizing Trial Reels in IG to see which one can drive more views. This is the one that drove more views https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1Hp9Y2NdwH/?mibextid=wwXIfr while this one had lesser https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1KcnfvqKF1/?mibextid=wwXIfr Attaching the video in this post if you don’t wanna go out to FB

🤯 This fixed my “evening hunger monster” and I didn’t eat less
I’m curious if anyone else deals with this… You eat pretty well all day. You’re “on track.” Then suddenly 7–9pm hits and it feels like your stomach opened a second shift 😑 You’re not even starving… but you want to snack on literally everything. Every time you walk by the kitchen — handful of grapes here, few almonds there, a square of dark chocolate. 437 calories later, you’re like “f*ck!” 🥵 I recorded a short Loom 🎥 about one of the biggest mistakes I see with clients that causes this. It has nothing to do with: - Eating less - Cutting foods - Or trying to be more disciplined And most people think they’re already doing this right… but they’re not. Once people fix this, two things usually happen: Hunger becomes way more predictable Night snacking gets drastically easier to control Your calories don’t even have to change for this to work. I’m hoping this is one of those “how did I never notice this?” types of things. ‼️👉 If you want the video, comment ANCHOR and I’ll DM it to you. If evenings are where things fall apart for you, this will probably hit.
