Hey Queens! I have spent the last 3 months creating a group that gives you direct access to me, and all the best resources I've created to help women become physically and mentally Strong AF
The FPM community has helped lots of women but... The feedback said that having 'another app' made people less likely to connect with others in the group (or even join in the first place) 🤷🏼♀️
The only way this works is if we can empower AS MANY WOMEN AS POSSIBLE, and the best way I can do that is to make it as easy as possible
We've had our 'Strong Girl Gang' community for over 5 years now, and in the last 3 months its had literally thousands of like-minded women from all over the world join. Just like you, they're looking to become the best version of themselves, and it's giving full-blown party vibes right now 🥳
