💛 Mindful Eating First (You Can't Out Eat A Disconnected Body)
Eating is one of the greatest repeating acts of self-love… ...or at least, it can be. Because if you’re gonna do it multiple times a day, every day, why not make it a good experience? Not rigid. Not rushed. Not disconnected. But like a real love affair with your body, your values, your food. I just recorded a short video that I need you to see if: 🌀 You’re checking all the nutrition boxes 🍽️ But your meals still feel… off ⚡ Or you’re doing “everything right” and it’s still not clicking There’s one powerful foundation we need to rebuild, and most people completely miss it. This is one of the most important shifts I guide my clients through, and in this video, I share the why, the what, and the first step to finally feeling connected again. 👉 What do you notice when you eat on autopilot…versus when you're really present with your food? Your comment might help someone else feel seen. Drop it below 👇

Why studying menopause is helping me reframe PCOS
Study break 🚨 PCOS is not something any of us asked for. And yes, some of it is outside our control (genetics, in uterus exposures, stuff science hasn't figure out yet 🎲). BUT here’s the flip side that’s been really empowering for me personally: Because PCOS shows up earlier and messes with our quality of life now, it forces us to listen and offers us an opportunity to learn how to take care of our bodies at a deeper level sooner. And those same foundational habits: better fuel, movement, stress regulation. Aren’t just “PCOS strategies.” They’re literally menopause protection strategies. Cancer risk reduction strategies. Longevity strategies. So no, I don’t want PCOS. But I am grateful that it’s taught me to prioritize my health earlier… because that’s going to pay off a thousand times over in every stage of life that comes next and in my quality of life right now. That’s the reframe I’m choosing and honestly, it helps me show up.

🎉Share your wins & Big News & Halloween Experiment
I’m so excited to share this: I officially passed the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner exam! The gold-standard credential for menopause care across North America (for MDs, NPs, NDs, PAs, everyone). Why does this matter so much to me? Because menopause support isn't a “nice to have.” It's life-altering healthcare. And while things are improving, there is still a huge gap in how people in midlife are supported, in symptoms, metabolic health, mental health, sleep, bone health, cancer screening, and yes, hormone therapy too. This transition touches every system in the body and every woman will go through it. For the last five years, I've been deeply immersed in continuing education in menopause care. This exam felt like the culmination of all of it: weekend intensives, courses, guidelines, and a LOT of highlighters proving competency at the highest standard. And I’ll continue earning education credits to maintain this, just like my ND license.Because women deserve care that keeps evolving with the science. And yes — this absolutely matters for PCOS too. PCOS changes midlife risk, cardiometabolic health, and symptom experience — and having competency across the whole lifespan matters. Thank you for the GIFs and encouragement this week — you genuinely helped me stay sane during study lockdown 😂 💛 Your turn, what’s your win this week? Something you learned. Something you practiced. Something you showed up for. This community works because you show up.Your posts, your growth, your vulnerability. That’s the secret sauce. If you're new, hop into the classroom → Start Here and check out the Sunday Shift framework It's simple, powerful, and builds momentum, one small step at a time. You don’t need to do everything at once. Pick the lever you intuitively know will move your health forward: - Sleep - Movement - Fuel - Stress recovery Start there. Because showing up is where change begins. 🌱 🎃 Happy Halloween! Yes! You can have treats. Have them mindfully.

Ethical PCOS Weight Loss (Consent-Based Preface)
I’ve been very intentional about keeping this space PCOS weight neutral. Because your values, your progress, and your health are not defined by a number on the scale. 💙 That said, this week’s video opens up an important and often misunderstood conversation about ethical weight loss and consent-based screening. 👉 Please only watch this video if you personally consent to a weight loss conversation right now. If that’s not where you’re at, skip it this week and come back when it feels right for you. Promise you’re not missing anything you need to heal. You are so much more than a number, a diagnosis, or a metric. 💫 For those who are in a place to explore this topic, this video walks through: ✨ What research actually says about PCOS and weight loss ✨ How to know if weight loss is medically indicated for you ✨ My 4-Question Consent Check (you can download it free inside our classroom) ✨ How GLP-1s like Ozempic and Mounjaro fit into ethical, evidence-based care This isn’t about “losing 10 kilos fast.” It’s about creating space for informed, compassionate, consent-based conversations that respect both your metabolism and your mental health. After you watch, I’d love to know. What comes up for you when you hear the words weight loss and PCOS in the same sentence? Bonus: 4 Questions Consent Let’s unpack it together in the comments below. 💬
