Just a check-in
Still doing Pilates 3 x per week, I am on doing 15min stretching sessions and mobility into the mix. I have not been progressing through the sessions and am still on session 2. The reason, there's no point in progressing sessions unless I feel I'm doing the exercises correctly! I would rather do my best at doing them with correct form before moving on. I am not in a race it's more a life style change to making myself feel healthier and more mobile.

@Antoni Krolik thanks for the reply thats very positive feedback 70% is a huge improvement. i believe sitting at a desk for too long contributed to my issues also. am standing a lot while on laptop these days
