Anyone else struggle to stay consistent with things that actually make money?
Iโ€™ve noticed something about myself recentlyโ€ฆ I can get excited about ideas (real estate, online income, etc), start strongโ€ฆ but staying consistent is where it gets tricky. Not because I donโ€™t know what to do but because my focus shifts fast. Whatโ€™s been helping me lately is simplifying everything into very basic systems instead of trying to โ€œdo everything perfectly.โ€ Like instead of overthinking, I just focus on: small actions daily low-pressure setups things that donโ€™t require too much mental energy Curious - whatโ€™s something youโ€™ve found that actually helps you stay consistent?

@Renold Revales That 10-minute minimum is such a powerful mindset shift. I posted something vulnerable, and thanks to a brave community member, I realized that I may have RSD, which is most likely a big reason why I felt the way I did after completing the week 3 worksheet for emotional mastery. Learning about RSD, there is nothing I read that didn't resonate with me. Honestly, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. A weight that I've been carrying my entire life.
