๐ญ Reflection: "Today was a rest and recalibration day, after having an emotionally draining night yesterday. I posted something vulnerable, and thanks to a brave community member, I realized that I may have RSD, which is most likely a big reason why I felt the way I did after completing the week 3 worksheet for emotional mastery. Learning about RSD, there is nothing I read that didn't resonate with me. Honestly, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. A weight that I've been carrying my entire life.
