A Rallying Call: Let’s Reboot Together
Over the past few months, I’ve been building something that means a lot to me, a space where people in midlife can take back control of their heart health before problems start. It’s called Heart Health Reboot, and it’s built around the 4Rs: Reset, Rebuild, Recharge, and Reimagine. This isn’t about chasing perfection or following strict plans. It’s about small, practical steps that help you: - Reset your habits and routines - Rebuild your fitness and nutrition foundations - Recharge your energy and mindset - Reimagine what healthy living can look like at this stage of life As a cardiologist, I’ve seen what works and I’ve lived through the same challenges myself. Long hours, stress, and trying to balance it all can take a toll, but small consistent actions make a real difference. Inside the Heart Health Reboot community, we focus on simple, proven ways to move better, eat smarter, sleep deeper, and prevent what’s preventable. If you're new here, #MetricsMonday is something I do, well, every Monday. It was requested by the members so that you can all see how we are doing for visibility. Here are this week's numbers: Members: 175 Sign Ups: 34 (-1) About Page Visitors: 172 (-33) Conversions: 19.77% (+2.7%) Rank: #192 in Money (+13) Highest Activity Day: 528 (Tuesday) Lowes Activity Day: 258 (Sunday) The Context: I'm super excited to see our numbers steadily climb. Thank you for all your referrals, and welcome to all the new members! We've had only 6 people churn since we started almost 5 weeks ago, which definitely helps our ranking. Speaking of ranking, yay to being under 200! We were actually at #187 mid-week, but our activity is generally quite low on the weekends, so that always brings us down a bit right before I do these posts. Let's try to increase visibility for all by posting, commenting, or liking once a day. Even if it seems a bit redundant to post every day, you are not boring us or repeating yourself (especially if you share a new part of your group each time). We have new members added daily, and it definitely helps you to be top of mind and top of the feed. Not only that, but (as you know), we are a public group and so your posts are being indexed and are searchable on the great big world wide web... 😉 I've seen so many amazing collaborations and relationships form here, it's really inspiring. It's truly a place where you get out what you put in. And this week, let's make a concerted effort to post and engage on the weekend and see what that does to our ranking and our visibility... Our conversions were really good this week, and we were actually up to 24% midweek! Keep talking about the CLASSIFIEDS to other Skoolers you "meet" and let's get more eyes on our groups and our businesses. Remember, even if you can't promote to people in other communities, you can still promote to them by bringing them over here where you are welcome to freely talk about how you help others with your products and services!

A Strategist Workshop for Building A Skool Group That Stands Out and Delivers - How to design your classroom so that it actually gets people results and grows your business! There's been a lot of talk in the Skoolers community about what to put (or not put) in your classroom, and it's not all good advice. Too many people are making rash decisions based on their own bad experiences with online courses without really knowing what goes into making high-quality classroom content that will move the needle for your members and help you to stand out from everyone else who is similar to you. On Friday, inside this group, I will be hosting a free 90-minute masterclass on how to strategically plan your Skool classroom so that you can showcase your expertise, stand out, and get real results for your members. Tip - Ask Your Audience
You have probably heard this before so I'm going to ask for some feedback by using this very useful tip 🙃. Thanks to @Shannon Boyer for this opportunity. I am launching my podcast called - Rock Your Moolah - Money and Life coaching to live your life and money on purpose. = As a tag team (anyone with wrestling memories from the old WWF days🤣) I am creating a Skool classroom as the 'backstage pass'. As business owners building Skool communities the 'moolah side' is often focused on sales and revenue rather than the just as/more important focus of making sure you can continue your purpose (AKA making sure you can keep the 'lights' on for yourself). My question to you - what would you think the content/programs/themes should be if you were to have a 'backstage pass'?

As per my tip today. Start with the Why. If you don't have it you will either quit when it gets hard, not get started, or build something that is totally unsuitable for you. The Why drives everything.
Tip Tuesday - Cost out your goals to know your WHY.
I want to earn $10,000 is a completely useless goal. It means nothing. I want to earn $7,893.76 a month from my skool community or my investment because it will allow me to give up work, pay the mortgage and take my kids on a summer holiday is a perfect goal since it is deeply personal and compelling and I know exactly what I will get when I achieve it because I have costed out my life. That is exactly what I did when I decided during the pandemic that I had had enough of working for a living. Two years later I retired to my dream life in France. I am not saying everyone needs to move to France, it would get very crowded here, but if you have a crystal clear vision of WHY you are doing something and exactly WHAT you need to do to get there, you are more likely to succeed. I am creating my community, The 5 minute Investor, the teach people the exact methodology and strategies that I used to achieve this and it all begins with the WHY. See you there.
