I wish I had a system where I could take an idea/ creative dump and give it to my correct AI Agent/process and then continue with my creative brain and work on the deliverables to my students/clients. Then rinse and repeat. Transformation and revenue increasing like a well oiled machine.
🟢VirtualRestyle Virtual Staging App - Need 10 Testers
Thirty seconds. That is how long it takes to go from an empty room to a fully furnished, photo-ready space with the tool I just built. I have been quietly working on something outside my usual AI coaching world. It is called VirtualRestyle. It uses AI to virtually stage vacant properties. You upload a photo of an empty room and in under a minute you get back a beautifully furnished version of that same space. No photographer. No furniture rental. No waiting. I built it. It works. And now I need real people to actually use it so I can collect real feedback before I open it up fully. Here is the deal. I am looking for 10 people THIS WEEK: - Real estate agents - Property managers - Anyone who deals with vacant listings You get 10 "stagings" to try out. All I ask in return is honest feedback and if you love it, a testimonial I can share. I just need people who will actually use it and tell me what they think. If that is you, drop RESTYLE in the comments and I will send you the link directly.

Great opportunity!
For My Canadian Skoolers here!
Should you take CPP at 60,61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70? It's may seem like a simple answer because it is not. It depends! It depends on how it will fit into your current and/or future financial plan. If you want to find your answer I have a skool community for you to join! Until then here is a lyrical version to help you with your decision-making process!

@Roy Houston taken by itself in a calculation is one thing and of course depending on how much you paid into it and how long you live. There of course are income splitting, taxable income, clawbacks and other considerations that make this question not as simple as it is. I see other financial posts about this so why not create a song to spark conversation! Always a question for my clients as I create their financial plans.

@Shannon Boyer You need someone to talk to you about it 🙃
Where does my salary go?
Or even where is my salary going to come from this month? As business owners we may go a month without getting paid or when you receive your salary you may wonder 'where does it go'. Where does All your moolah go is one of the Moolavie Trio that you can find in my community. Here is a song influenced by a Bee Gee's song from the 1970's creating hooks to have the listener think about where their salary goes or where it should go. And guess what? I have a song for that!!
Right NOW you have the chance to level up your elevator pitch!
CLASSIFIEDS member @Traci Poe of Public Speaker's Growth Hub is teaching Your Not So Average Elevator Pitch. Here's what she has to say: Most elevator pitches sound the same. They’re vague, forgettable, and usually leave people more confused about what you do than interested. In our Masterclass, "Not Your Average Elevator Pitch," you'll learn 2 powerful pitch frameworks designed to make people instantly understand your value and want to keep the conversation going. Instead of memorizing one rigid script, you'll learn flexible frameworks you can use in networking conversations, meetings, events, and introductions. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a clearer way to talk about what you do, why it matters, and how to say it in a way people actually remember. If you've ever struggled to explain what you do without rambling, this workshop will change the way you introduce yourself forever.
Right NOW you have the chance to level up your elevator pitch!
