There's been a lot of talk in the Skoolers community about what to put (or not put) in your classroom, and it's not all good advice. Too many people are making rash decisions based on their own bad experiences with online courses without really knowing what goes into making high-quality classroom content that will move the needle for your members and help you to stand out from everyone else who is similar to you. On Friday, inside this group, I will be hosting a free 90-minute masterclass on how to strategically plan your Skool classroom so that you can showcase your expertise, stand out, and get real results for your members. Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want. 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please see my post(s) in the community as examples. POSTING CATEGORIES: Just like your local newspaper, posting in the proper category will help you get noticed more quickly. If you have a suggestion for a category that you do not see here, please DM me (one time). COMMUNITIES: This is where you can post about your Skool group. Let us know what it's called, who it's for, and what the group is all about (what interest it serves or how it helps). FREEBIES: This is where you can share a link for a freebie/opt-in. No fees allowed to be charged in this category. Provide a high-value lead magnet here.

UPDATE: This is available until I take this post down. You may have noticed that some people have "ads" in the classroom, which allows them to highlight an offer. This offer may be something free or paid, and it can be outside of Skool, so it's a great place to lead people to a webinar, sales page, or other offer. The first 30 people who signed up were given the bonus of a free place in the classroom for a minimum of one week; however, not everyone was ready to place such an offer just yet. So, I've decided to open it up to the first 30 people who submit something to me. Please note that you must advertise yourself and your offers in the ad, not affiliate offers. Step Two: Go back to the main classroom page and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the course. Step Three: Click on SHARE COURSE KEY, and DM me the link. Do NOT delete the course. Step Four: After I have sent you a confirmation message that your course (ad) has been copied into the CLASSIFIEDS, you may then delete it from your classroom.
