And a big thank you from me for being part of it 😊 As mentioned, the biggest focus of the challenge is dedicating some time to deliberate movement, every day for 14 days. If you achieved this you should be proud of yourself 👏 It sounds easy, but in practice, life throws up many challenges. If this happened and you picked things straight back, rather than giving up, you should be very proud of yourself. I know many of you found progress but I'd really love to hear how you got on. I managed to complete 12 out of the 14 days. House move resulted in me missing a few days. So did a Level 5 challenge this evening and will work through to Level 6 over the next few days.
