Integration integration Integration
Breathwork doesn’t end when the breathing stops. What happens after matters just as much. When you finish your breathwork session , slow down your pace, journal, chose silence for little longer , let the insights settle into your body. When we rush back into life, we interrupt the nervous system’s healing response. Slow down. Let it integrate. That’s where real change happens. Integration is where transformation actually happens. It’s not the most exciting part always, but it’s the most important one. If you keep doing the work but don’t let yourself integrate you are missing out, I can’t point out this enough. I have so many clients, friends doing the work but not integrating. Let it settle into your body. Journal your experience so you can go back and remember what it was showing you and how you can apply it into your life so you can embody it. Integration is you becoming. It’s where the magic unfolds. 🌺

Where the Breath Becomes Prayer
Sacred inhale. Holy exhale. I’m officially down to one in-person breathwork session before certification. Fully prepared to show up like: “Hello, yes, please inhale for my credentials.” 😌🫁

@Donna Boutin the bending & weeding is a lot on my back & knees too but I am suborn about this aging process. 🤪 I had to get a stool that rolls so once I sit down I can just roll down the rows. I also get young folks to do a lot of the weeding and I mulch around the base of the plant to keep the weeds from growing. I saw someone use the barrier cloth and cut holes in it where the plants would be to keep the weeds down so I am waiting for spring to try that. I am going to keep making adjustments until all ai can do is stick my bare hands and feet in the dirt! I am just a bush gurl! 🤣
? Inspired by all that you have learned so far, are YOU starting a daily practice?
After attending my first 3 day workshop back in April, I started nearly every day, at least 5 times per week, doing the daily breath practice. Over the weeks, I began enjoying it sooooo much, that I look forward to the exercise everyday? The more and more I learn, especially since the most recent workshop, the more and more I am empowered to give myself this daily gift and self-care practice. I have noticed myself more easily able to handle stressful situations along with supporting those I love and care deeply about when they get super stressed. My body now just naturally takes in bigger breaths and lets out bigger exhales throughout the day, all on its own now....those breaths feel really good! I feel like so much is unfolding in really liberating ways throughout many areas of my life. I am excited, inspired and empowered. I hope for you and everybody, that you can enjoy your own versions of "meaningful wonderfullness" that come from a daily breath practice... remember its only about 7 minutes! So... Are you starting a daily breath practice?

I like the notion of finding the joy in doing it and not a should do.
Daily practice Day 2
Being constant and consistent are things that i struggle alot with.... I had a long conversation with myself, and we (Jaycita= my self...) have decided to commit to our daily practice. We got this!!!
