Grip Strength Pull-Up!
My grip strength was letting me down on heavy Rack pulls and Chin-Ups...that was a year ago.....Now after setting up a few grip exercises in my garage gym this is no longer an issue. The vid is a 3" revolving steel tube /smooth ( no knurling) My body weight with my work clothes on is 199lbs. Improving your grip strength equals improvement in nearly all exercises!

Yeah it’s late… Had a few car issues earlier, but still made it on for the live chat. Big thanks to Scott for helping me out and getting me back on the road. Really appreciate that. Quick thing… Most people think they’re training hard. They’re not. They stop when it starts to hurt a little. That’s it. That’s not failure. Real intensity is that point where you don’t even want to do another rep… and you go anyway. That’s the difference. Not more sets Not more volume Not more exercises Just actually finishing what you started. That’s what we’re doing in here. If you trained today, drop what you hit. If not… get after it tomorrow. Putting it out there
I'm 46, 255lbs. and 6'2". I would guess that I have around 25 percent body fat. Because of my frame I don't look overweight because it's spread out. Unfortunately over the years I have acculated a pretty significant double chin. I have a pretty slender face so it stands out. It's a little embarrassing and really annoying to say the least. I am in a calorie deficit and have given myself till June for it to go away or at least be not so noticeable. If I am not satisfied by June with the progress I will probably have liposuction to get rid of it permanently. Has anyone else had to deal with this situation? If so, what are some ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
