Putting it out there
I'm 46, 255lbs. and 6'2". I would guess that I have around 25 percent body fat. Because of my frame I don't look overweight because it's spread out.
Unfortunately over the years I have acculated a pretty significant double chin. I have a pretty slender face so it stands out. It's a little embarrassing and really annoying to say the least.
I am in a calorie deficit and have given myself till June for it to go away or at least be not so noticeable. If I am not satisfied by June with the progress I will probably have liposuction to get rid of it permanently.
Has anyone else had to deal with this situation? If so, what are some ideas or suggestions?
Thank you!
