Warm Up Sets
Brother Markus, without giving any secrets from my purchase of your ebook......perusing the "Future of High Intensity Training" I took notice that in the advanced protocol suggest three warm up sets using light for like 10, medium for like 6 and then the work set. Much like the old Delorme protocol. For the "Over 40" protocol no real suggestions made regarding warm ups. Do I need three warm ups per exercise? I find one at like 50 to 60 percent of targeted workload to suffice but I'm open to your suggestion(s).
New YouTube Video is up.
This one matters. Not just for the message…but for what we’re building here. Most people quit their sets too early. That’s why they stay the same. You already know that. But here’s the reality— YouTube doesn’t push videos because they’re “correct.”It pushes them based on watch time, engagement, and interaction. So if you’re part of this… 👉 Watch it all the way through 👉 Drop a comment (your honest take) 👉 Hit the like if it makes sense That’s how we push this message OUTSIDE the usual circles. That’s how this grows. Now I still want to hear from you— Where do YOU usually stop your set? Markus
