Today then, we're gently letting it go with a somatic practice to quiet the critic and reclaim your peace. �This 5-minute ritual helps release stored tension in your body (where negativity lives) and rewires with compassion. Try it now: Body scan & name it (1 min) Sit comfortably, hand on heart. Scan for tension (jaw? Chest?). Name the talk: "I'm hearing 'I'm not good enough' right now." No judgment – just notice. �Breathe it out (2 min) Inhale for 4 (through nose), exhale for 6 (mouth, sigh it out). Imagine the words dissolving like smoke on exhale. Feel your body soften. Letting go. �Self-hug & reframe (1 min) Cross arms in a hug, squeeze gently. Whisper: "I release what doesn't serve me. I am enough as I am."
