After much reflection, I have made the decision to close the Emotional Freedom community here on Skool. 💛 This was not an easy decision. This space has meant so much to me — and more importantly, you have meant so much to me. Every share, every comment, every vulnerable moment you trusted this community with. I cried like crazy 😭
This morning, I started my day with my normal morning routine, however, a strange feeling of heaviness was on my chest. I decided to explore. I have a big set of tools that I use normally, but this felt like I needed to use the...'big guns' so I turned to Belief Coding®. It turned out that a memory from my childhood needed clearing. A deeply rooted notion of not being able nor allowed to express the real me as a child... Talking about a gentle shadow self chat on the Sunday morning... 😅 Well, I did just that. I took care of this little me and I gave her all the love and compassion I was able to. It felt hard at first but, as always after this deep shadow work, it felt like the sun came out from behind this rainy cloud and started to warm all the plants on the ground. This is the best way I can describe it. So now, totally tired yet lighter, I am really looking forward to a nap 😅😁 Oh this spring cleaning ˚˖𓍢ִִ໋🌼🧺˚˖𓍢ִ🌿˚. 🌑 New Moon Mini Practice
The new moon is a gentle reset – a moment to pause, turn inward, and plant fresh intentions for the month ahead. I love to spend couple of moments on myself, on what it is that I want to invite more into my life and I invite you to do the same. 1. Prepare your space ( love candles, gentle music etc.) 2. Sit comfortably, one hand on heart, one on belly. 3. Inhale through your nose for 4, exhale through your mouth for 8, and let your body soften. 4. Focus on your goals and intentions. How do you want to feel in this new month? What are you ready to call in now? 5. Write the intentions in the present tense, e.g. “I am grounded and supported,” then read them out loud slowly. Feel it happening. 6. Close with deep breaths of gratitude for yourself and this fresh start. 💫
