This morning, I've been hearing that inner voice whispering "not enough," "too much," or "you'll never..." – it's exhausting...!
Today then, we're gently letting it go with a somatic practice to quiet the critic and reclaim your peace.
�This 5-minute ritual helps release stored tension in your body (where negativity lives) and rewires with compassion.
Try it now:
Body scan & name it (1 min)
Sit comfortably, hand on heart. Scan for tension (jaw? Chest?).
Name the talk: "I'm hearing 'I'm not good enough' right now."
No judgment – just notice.
�Breathe it out (2 min)
Inhale for 4 (through nose), exhale for 6 (mouth, sigh it out).
Imagine the words dissolving like smoke on exhale.
Feel your body soften. Letting go.
�Self-hug & reframe (1 min)
Cross arms in a hug, squeeze gently.
Whisper: "I release what doesn't serve me. I am enough as I am." Repeat 3x.
�Anchor a new truth (1 min)
Choose one: "I am learning and growing" or "My worth is innate."
Feel it land in your body.
