How Do You Meet People?
I've been wanting to meet new people for a while, but I've been struggling to figure out good activities that get me interacting with new people. Whether it be hobbies, places to hang out, etc. I would love to hear how all of you get out and meet people.
What are your wins of the week?
So excited to be writing my new book! That’s a huge win for me!

I finally got back into video game development. Its been almost a year and I've finally got the time and motivation to get into it again.
I’ll just leave his here
Qi gong is a type of meditative exercise which is great for self healing it is based in traditional Chinese medicine which is very effective. I started doing this specific routine right before bed and after one week of consistent practice every night my sleep felt amazing I slept super deeply and fell asleep quickly and woke up super energized. I recommend it doing every night one hour before bed and then once more right before bed and avoiding phone one or two huts before bed hope this helps;-)

Thought that said Qui Gon, from star wars, for a second. I'll have to check it out, thanks for sharing.
Feeling behind
Hey guys, I hope you are all well. A couple of hours ago I watched Tom's latest video and wrote a comment, which I would like to also leave here, as it is more likely that it reach and potentioally help someone. First off I want to say great video man. I am currently 19 and I can strongly relate to most things if not all. I have got so many things to be grateful for - I have a job, I make good money, I go to university, I have good friends, I have a loving family, yet I still feel behind, I still feel like I'm not doing good enough, I still forget to appreciate what I already have. And I too have been trying to learn how to take a step back, to not worry. Literally my older sister who is 24 feels behind in life, just because she chose to study first before getting a job and doesn't yet make money. My point is - even when you reach that thing you strive for, you will still start longing for something else you don't yet have. Some people say I'm doing extremely well for my age and it probably is somewhat true, but I can't fully see it. My biggest struggle is probably #14(Be with people who choose you(love interest)) at the moment it has been for a while, but I have learned a lot trough trial and error. I wil be honest, the other day I had a mental breakdown, because of this, and early in the morning I got news that a relative of mine has passed away, which just all hit like a train. Still I'm trying my best, and everyone should, despite wherever they are at. Yes you will fail daily, yes you will have tough moments, but it is part of the journey. Take care y'all and apologies if I sounded harsh, arrogant or something like it

I just read your post, and I imagine most of us here (if not most people) feel the same way. No matter what you do, there will always be someone better than you at something. The best we can do is follow your advice: appreciate what we have and constantly work to be better. Thanks for the post.
I am in awe
Ok so I trying this community is to write any achievements we made and today I did something crazy well at least for me. So I’m not like 100% into AI yet I have been starting to use copilot for some investigations mainly about calisthenics and well some like one week to I started using it to practice my languages and well today I did the most crazy thing ever. So today was German practice and I started out just like asking copilot to give me a paragraph in German for me to read and then ask me questions and I answer in German and then I was like hmmm maybe I can practice talking but I thought it would be like recording audios form WhatsApp and copilot explains in chat but noooooo. What happened I never excepted. So I clicked the audio button and it went to conversation mode and the voice of the Ai was soooo real and for some reason my copilot in my computer was already settled in French so it talked in French (which I understood 100%) and I said in French I wanted to practice German talking and wow I never thought I would be able to understand so much in a conversation in German but the most incredible part which the AI understood is I practice German so talk German and if I don’t understand something we talk in French and if I couldn’t remember something in English so most likely I was practicing German activity and French possibly at the same time and wow I understood like 85% of German and 100% French I never thought I would be able to get here like wow and now imma gonna use copilot for all my languages. Really recommend it

@Lucas Torres AI has affected nearly every field. Some fields its causing problems for people, some its an incredible tool. If AI is working for you in this situation, then keep using it. In the end, its a tool and its up to you to use it for good or bad.
