✨ Glow Reset Detox Salad ✨
Eat your skincare. Feed your cells. Support elimination gently. Ingredients (1 large bowl / 2 servings): • 2 cups finely chopped red cabbage • 1 cup diced cucumber • 1 cup shredded or finely diced carrot (about 2 medium carrots) • 1 ripe avocado, diced • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley Dressing: • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil • Juice of 1/2–1 lemon • Optional: pinch of sea salt Instructions: 1. Add cabbage, carrot, cucumber, parsley, blueberries, and pomegranate to a large bowl. 2. Gently fold in diced avocado last so it stays chunky. 3. Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. 4. 10-Day Liver Flush Group Cleanse Begins Feb 20th 🤍

Jojo, I want to ask you something. You know about my “food program,” but honestly, I feel very confused. In theory, I know what’s considered “bad” and what contains toxins, etc…and the protein topic in my mind understands that maybe it’s not necessary, yet another part of me feels like I still want it. On the other hand, since starting our detox group healing last year, now I know beans aren’t good. But then I think about lentils, chickpeas, or quinoa — which I love — as options to add to my salads… and I still question myself: how am I supposed to eat this if it’s not good for me? I haven’t eaten beans in a long time. Considering I no longer eat fish, meat, or eggs, I see myself being more flexible with salads, chicken, grains, and soups — but I keep wondering if this is actually good for me or not. I feel like I have so many beliefs around food now that I didn’t have before — or at least I didn’t think I had. Before, I didn’t overthink it this much. I just “ate healthy” and actually felt good in my body… but since discovering all of this, it has honestly become very confusing for me. My body changed, And I think this may have even pushed me into the hormones program.

It feels like you’re putting a lot of pressure on yourself around protein and health programs when you’re not actually ready to let them go yet. And that’s okay. If you’re not ready, don’t force it. Just eat in the way you genuinely believe is best for your body right now. If that includes chicken, eggs, beans, fish, whatever you currently believe supports you, then eat it. This isn’t about restriction or creating inner conflict where you’re angry at yourself for wanting something you don’t think you’re “allowed” to have. That only creates more imbalance. You’re not meant to limit foods unless you’re intentionally doing something specific like a parasite cleanse. And even then, raw vegan is suggested, not forced. The reason we use raw vegan in that space is to starve parasites and support detox, plus the other health benefits. But if that feels overwhelming, let it go. Go back to what works for you. Even if that means meat or fish again. Right now, you’re not fully in the space of releasing these food and health programs. And because you’re not eating the foods you believe are healthy for you, it’s creating stress and hormonal imbalance. Your body is responding to lack through belief. If you believe you become unhealthy when you don’t eat certain foods, that belief will manifest in your body. This always comes back to belief systems. Not mine. Not Leo’s. Yours. We talk about letting programs go all the time, but that doesn’t mean you have to let them go before you’re ready. Forcing it is counterproductive and can actually create bigger issues. So go back to what you believe is healthy. As you heal more, your body will naturally start guiding you. One day, without effort or thought, your body will simply say no more chicken. And if you eat it, your body will clearly respond. That shift happens naturally, not through force. Be gentle with yourself. Heal the trauma. Breqk the health and food programs slowly. Keep honoring the beliefs you currently hold until they soften and shift. When your beliefs shift, your body and your reality shift with them.
