Brené Brown weaves paradox, courage, and grounded leadership in a way that’s practical. What’s really standing out from her work is how often culture change stalls not because of technical gaps, but because mindset hasn’t caught up. The systems are usually adequate; it’s the inner shift that’s required. I’ll share more reflections in the Club Thrive forum once I finish—there’s a lot of richness here, and it feels very aligned with the work we’re already doing in the Club.
