Your Hook?
Can anyone break down the components of Your Hook for me? I get the gist, but I'm wondering if there is a formula for what we want in it - do we address the transformation ? Should it be a minimum words? Is it different from a Tagline? Thank you!

Tagging @Nina Saacks @Valerie Hwang Beck @Jacalyn Prete @Meghann Jacobs Some questions to consider: - What experience can you guarantee? - What is your big claim? The difference you can make?
How do I turn this into a free talk?
@Cate Stillman I would love your thoughts on this. I'll start by saying: I know this is VERY dense, completely solution aware, and way too advanced for a free talk. But before I started WPA, this was my signature talk. I still honestly love teaching it, because it talks about mental health, anxiety and depression (and I can focus on burnout here too). I want to have a free talk I can deliver again and again, that gets people on my calendar. This topic is really where my zone of genius is. So my question is: how much of this can I put in, without teaching/coaching too much in the talk? What value can I give to the audience that would leave them wanting more without overwhelming them or underwhelming them? Here is what Chat GPT gave me when I asked it for ideas according to what I just explained above: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13dd4N8J2uH_MM2LFD4PI9eteycKR-cJg1sD2nohffcA/edit?usp=sharing

@Valerie Hwang Beck I see your work as being Ayurveda + Mental Health. I see @Darlene Fermaint as being Ayurveda + Food as Medicine. There may be some cool insights you can learn from each other beyond a free talk perspective.

@Jennifer White The WPA Coaching Guide would be a great guide to reference for this call. 😉

WPA : Tracker Session : Clarity, Organization & Momentum
Meeting Recap : 9-23-2025 | Session by @Lynn Beck This week’s Tracker Success Call with Lynn was all about clarity, organization, and keeping momentum with WPA events, assets, and calls. Quick Recap: - Reviewed WPA events + resources including the Gut Health Challenge and Club Thrive calls. - Paula and Meghann raised questions about access and email functionality, which Lynn addressed with walkthroughs of the WPA tracker + coaching guide. - Discussed lead tracking systems, content organization, and time management—with practical tips like calendar blocking, prioritizing sales activities, and streamlining assets for future efficiency. - Covered cleanse launches, classroom templates, Advantage Language materials, and strategies to balance workload without losing progress. Next Steps: - Paula: Prep for her Manam call, finalize fall cleanse launch, and update her tracker + Club Guide. - Meghann: Follow up on Gut Health Challenge access, simplify classroom resources, and continue building her Ritual Reboot program. - Team: Review WPA trackers, mark completed items, and time-block for high-priority tasks. - Lynn: Ongoing support with access issues + clarity on classroom/workflow systems. Takeaway: Progress happens step by step—when you organize your assets, block time for priorities, and keep refining your systems, clarity (and clients!) follow. Watch Full Session : VIMEO

Thank you for joining @Paula Pister and @Meghann Jacobs today's Tracker session and bringing your real questions and challenges to the call. By doing so, the tracker comes alive—and you leave with next steps that feel doable. A few gems from today: ✔ Using your calendar not just to plan, but to log accomplishments so you can look back and see progress. 👉 Dropping in placeholders or linking drafts in the tracker so things don’t stall waiting to be “perfect.” ✔ Catching yourself in “student mode” (endless writing and design tweaks) and shifting back to sales + implementation. This call combines action with integrating what you’ve already learned. 👉 Realizing the hidden value of time and skills you’ve invested—which builds confidence to charge more. ✔ Seeing your progress through someone else’s eyes when you feel like you’ve done “nothing.” 👉 Working through how real-life schedules (family, energy, seasons) fit into launches without guilt. And two favorites I keep coming back to: ✨ Central Hub for Progress → The tracker becomes the living document for your business buildout—brand kit, funnels, offers, and customer journey assets all linked and visible. ✨ Clarity & Focus → Reviewing the tracker helps you prioritize what actually moves the needle (sales, offers, follow-up) vs. getting lost in secondary tasks (design tweaks, over-research). @Club Thrive Global
