Through guided discussions and breakout rooms, participants reflected on what their body, mind, gut, heart, and soul are calling for right now, and how to design the next two weeks to meet those deeper needs. The group shared experiences with detox programs, meditation, hydration, and nutrition—discussing how resistance often shows up during personal growth. The conversation also expanded into detox certifications, working with beginners, and advanced practices such as urine enemas, liver stone detox, and even exploring spiritual dimensions like finding one’s spirit animal. Finally, attention shifted toward business strategy, specifically how to create simple, effective programs for beginners and use events as lead-generation opportunities. Next Steps - All attendees to complete the detox plan worksheet, posting screenshots in the Club Thrive forum. - Track symptoms before and after detox on a 1–10 scale for comparison. - Explore supportive practices aligned to comfort level: fermented foods, soups, liver flushes, coffee or urine enemas, kitchari resets, or other gentle cleanses. - Reflect on these guiding questions for the next two weeks: What is exactly what I need right now? What is my body calling for? What is my mind calling for? What is my gut calling for? What is my heart calling for? What is my soul calling for? How can I meet my deeper needs in the next 2 weeks? - Review detox tip sheets, preparation videos, and resources shared in the forum. - Coach to continue building an SOP for event lead generation based on recent conference learnings. - Participants to simplify and enhance their wellness club programs—especially when working with beginners—and test different delivery formats.
