If You Can’t Detox Physically, Read This
Hello beautiful beings 🤍 A member asked a really good question and I wanted to expand on it. I want you to really sit with this… You can follow every single step of a cleanse eat perfectly, take all the right supplements do all the protocols… …and still not heal. Not because the protocol doesn’t work but because you haven’t addressed what created the condition in the first place. This is where most people get it wrong. They think healing is physical only. It’s not. (Most of you are aware of this but I like to send a reminder) The body is the LAST place something shows up. Before anything becomes physical, it exists as: • a pattern • a program • a stored trauma • a subconscious contract • a loop you’ve been running (consciously or unconsciously) So when you go straight into detoxing the body without clearing those layers, what happens? You’re trying to remove something… that your system is still holding onto energetically. That’s why people: • keep getting the same symptoms • detox and feel worse without resolution • clear something and it comes back • jump from protocol to protocol with no real change Because the root cause (trauma, programs or contracts) is still active. Now let’s talk about this lymphatic cleanse question because it applies to EVERYTHING. Yes… you can absolutely do the energetics without doing the full physical cleanse. And not only “can” you… for many of you, you SHOULD start there. Because when you work on the energetics, you are: • opening pathways in the body • releasing resistance and fear stored in the system • dissolving programs tied to stagnation, illness, and holding trauma • bringing your body back into a state where it feels SAFE to let go And this is key… The body will not release what it does not feel safe releasing. So if you go straight into heavy detox without addressing that: you can overwhelm the system slow things down or even create more symptoms But when you combine: • lymphatic movement (massage, dry brushing, rebounding)

@Mel Child yes, wow this is big. Reading this hit home for me so much. I don’t know how long it would have taken me to find these words but as soon as I read them I felt it in my chest. I experience this in a big way also. Thank you for putting this out there.

@JoJo Light @Mel Child Thank you both. Reading JoJo’s message initially and then Mel’s and now going back and reading JoJo’s again made it clear where I needed to start. The resistance faded and thinking about starting with the energetic side first feels good now. “the root cause (trauma, programs or contracts) is still active.” “You are being guided to go deeper. Start with: • gentle lymphatic movement • connecting to yourself daily • observing your patterns without running from them • doing the energetic healing work” It shifted something in me from wanting to avoid doing this to now I want to. I feel like I found my starting place of what to sit with. Mel said, “a part of me that instantly doesn’t want to, blocks or attacks, does the opposite.” Which makes me ask why do I do this? Jojo said, “You don’t want to force it but you also want to detox so you gotta go deep into that resistance and chip at it daily.” Thank you

Welcome to Day 2 of the juice phase 🤍 This is where things begin to deepen again. Yesterday, you gently reintroduced nourishment. DAY 2 WATER FASTING– THE BREAKDOWN & THE OPENING
Welcome to Day 2 🤍 This is where it starts to get real for a lot of you. Day 1 was more mental. Day 2… the body starts speaking. You might feel: • Hunger waves coming stronger • Headaches, fatigue, dizziness • Irritation, emotions, resistance • Thoughts like “why am I doing this?” This is normal. What’s happening right now is your body is shifting from external fuel to internal fuel. And at the same time… you’re not just detoxing physically. You’re opening. ______________ What’s happening in your body (physically): Around this time, your body starts moving into a state called ketosis. This is when your body begins to tap into stored fat and use it for energy instead of relying on incoming food. So instead of constantly needing glucose from food… your body starts creating its own fuel from what it has stored. This is why: • Hunger comes in waves • Energy can feel up and down • Your body is adjusting to a new fuel source Your body is actually very intelligent. It knows how to sustain you. It’s just not something most people ever allow it to fully do. _____________ When digestion slows down, your system has more space. More space = more access to what’s been stored. So what comes up? Old emotions. Stored trauma. Programs around food, control, survival. Parts of you that don’t want to let go. This is why Day 2 can feel intense. But listen… Nothing is going wrong. Everything is being revealed. ______________ What to do today: • Don’t fight the hunger, observe it • Drink water slowly, consistently • Rest when your body asks • If you need to modify (juice, fruit), that’s okay • Stay connected to yourself, not the struggle ____________ Important reminder: This is not about forcing your body. This is about working with it. If you push too hard, parts of you will push back harder. So instead of: “I need to get through this” Shift into: “I’m here with myself through this” _____________ What you may start noticing: • Your hunger comes in waves, not constant

Part of me says, I could not have planned this like this if I tried. This isn’t my conscience doing. I only signed up for this 1 day before and just let go. This feels so easy and I feel amazing and energized and happy and excited. But that isn’t exactly true. I actually planted the seeds for this a year ago when @JoJo Light started the heavy metal and parasite cleanse in April 2025. I tried to fast at least 10 different times and didn’t even make it more than 4 hours before I would quit. With the group, outside of the group. It wasn’t the best feeling but I don’t remember feeling super down or harsh on myself. It was more patient like, not this day, maybe next time. And now I feel incredibly blessed to be having such a great experience with it. The intention and patience paid off. Thank you team!!!
DAY 1 — WATER FAST BEGINS 💧
Alright guys… we’re here. Day 1. Take a moment and really feel that. This isn’t just about not eating. This is where things start to shift… physically, mentally, and deeper than most of you even realize yet. This is where the body begins to soften. Where digestion slows. Where your system starts opening. And when that happens… things come up. Not just hunger. You may feel: – resistance – irritation – fatigue – cravings – emotions out of nowhere – thoughts trying to pull you out of this This is normal. This isn’t your body “failing” you. This is your body revealing to you. All the buildup… All the stored trauma… All the programs tied to food, comfort, control… It starts surfacing when you stop feeding the system the way you always have. So today is not about being perfect. It’s about awareness. Watch what comes up for you. Observe it without reacting. Don’t panic when your mind starts negotiating with you. That’s not you. That’s the programming. — A few reminders for today: 💧 Stay hydrated (this is key) 💧 Rest when your body asks for it 💧 Don’t force productivity if you feel low energy 💧 Light movement only if it feels good 💧 If something feels intense, come into the Skool group and share 💧 Take electrolytes — This is not a race. You’re not behind. You’re not doing it wrong. You’re meeting yourself in a way most people avoid their entire lives. And we’re doing this together. If you’re feeling resistance already… good.
