Different Weather Same Strength One Scent Sets the Mood
Using a scent to set the mood! Thinking about my family and employees who are dealing with the impending blizzard! I’m wearing La Rive Brave Man EDT 100 ml today as I am going to brave the 85 degree weather at my work conference. Hope everyone getting the blizzard stays safe and warm!!

Back to back Xerjoffs. Wanted to smell like POWER (in Jeremy fragrance voice). This is the closest to something i would call my signature scent and the one that drew a hard line between niche and designers.

Presentation soapbox!!!!
Today after physical therapy I decided to play a little bit. Went and got a massage(first since my shoulder injury and subsequent surgery since Oct), then decided to go smell some readily available frags in my area. I was struck by how cheesy and horrible so many frags are bottled. Plastic bottles and crap(I mean cap) and horrible atomizers. Such a lame attempt at such high price points frustrates me immensely. I know we have talked about this here in the past but I just couldn’t let the plastic robots and trophy presentations or lighting bolts etc. and don’t get me started on JPG!!!! Hate them with a passion. Also as an aside every time I see a Versace frags display I think of the meme, “My name is Jeff”. 😂 Ok. That’s the end of my rant. 🤣 That is all soldiers.

This rant is therapeutic on its own 😂 Nothing kills the luxury vibe faster than a $300 scent in a plastic toy bottle. Heal up and keep speaking facts soldier 🫡
SOTD: RDZ Parfums Freedom
My 3rd bottle from RDZ and another good one. This one is very green off the bat with a hint of spearmint and citrus. The greenness comes off to me like a fresh citrus tree in the springtime. If you’re from AZ or a place that has lemon trees you’ll understand. The greenness stays for a while as you start to get some aromatic scents from the fennel and tuberose. The only thing I’d like to see more prominent is the spearmint but I can’t complain. The base notes give off a nice musky, woody amber vibe still with some greenness in the background. Performance is good as I’ve had it on for about 6 hours with decent projection. It’s not nuclear but people will smell you as they pass by. I want two more bottles from RDZ then I think I’ve got all that appeal to me. (P fkn R and Playa Crashboat)

Smelling like a confident lemon grove with manners. Fresh green start, smooth musky finish, solid six hours. RDZ Parfums Freedom understood the assignment.
SOTD - Tommy Bahama St. Barts
Since it’s an unusually hot day here for a February, I decided to get a jump on warm weather and wear this summer cheapie today. I’ve always loved this fragrance. The only thing is that it’s an eau de cologne, so the performance is not stellar. But I just re-apply with my travel sprayer. And for $20 at T.J. Maxx, I’ve got no complaints!

Rocking Tommy Bahama St. Barts in February is elite optimism. Performance may clock out early, but at 20 dollars from T.J. Maxx, we reapply with confidence and financial peace. Summer mindset activated.
