Burnout
Hey everyone! I believe there might be someone or even many of us who have had or is having a burnout. Iv been covering from one about 6months now. So, my question is what are your GO TO routines/healing/foods/supplements/actions etc to support your healing and well being after Burnout? All the insights are very welcome, thanks! 🙏

@Tuula Pellikka nature is definetly something that helps! Love Fishing and spending time in the nature. Have done some meditation also, but not consistently as a routine. Thank you Tuula 🙏🏼

High quality coffee / Fatcoffee
I am very curious of this topic being quite fanatic of coffee and therefore roasting my own beans to ensure I get fresh and quality coffee 😊 But to the question.. I was finishing yesterday the webinar recording for Blood sugar and keto (Finnish version) and there were discussion about fat coffee and their recipes. Part of that was mentioned that coffee should be from high altitude and certain type of coffee, if I understood correctly. My question goes are there some research on this and specifically using coffee from certain region to get benefits? Or was it finding from your experiments and taste preferences? Thanks for the another great webinar! I can only recommend 😊

1. Hey everyone! My name is Antti and I come from Kokkola Finland 🇫🇮 2. Im on a journey to get healthy and fit first time in my adult life, started january 2024 and have released 28kg since then while gaining lots of muscle during the journey! Foucsing on losing body fat and gaining muscle. Also, aiming to play competitive floorball next season starting 2026, so starting to shift my workouts more suitable for that sport also. 3. My index and middle toe are grown together, they are not separated like most of us do 😂 4. If I had to choose one, I would say mental 🙏
Physical exercise regime
How does your training look like? Mine is generally intuitive, but I have a certain structure also into it - having worked out and trained basically my whole life, it nowdays looks something like this: - 2-3x strength training sessions (of which at least one is ”grease the groove” - doing 3 movements every 30mins during the workday) - 2x zone 2 cardio on echo bike - 1x HIIT / hill sprints / sports - Daily walks with our dog, Nala (a golden retriever) - Daily mobility & body maintenance Ideally doing something everyday, but intensity varies a lot 💪

Mine looks like this: 3-4x/week strength training 1x/week zone 2 cardio 30min + core bodyweight training 2-3x/week floorball for 60-90min Broke my fibula bone 3 weeks ago, so not able to do the cardio, floorball or workout my legs, so right now its hard upper body training only 😂 But in a 2-4weeks I should be able to get back to my normal routine again! 💪 Starting physio next week, so will be wiser that wise then 🙌
