I am very curious of this topic being quite fanatic of coffee and therefore roasting my own beans to ensure I get fresh and quality coffee 😊
But to the question..
I was finishing yesterday the webinar recording for Blood sugar and keto (Finnish version) and there were discussion about fat coffee and their recipes. Part of that was mentioned that coffee should be from high altitude and certain type of coffee, if I understood correctly.
My question goes are there some research on this and specifically using coffee from certain region to get benefits? Or was it finding from your experiments and taste preferences?
