Sage is freaking awesome! 🤩
Hey everyone, I just had my first chat with Sage—OMG, she’s so smart! I basically brain-dumped all my tasks, projects, and priorities, and told her I was feeling overwhelmed. Sage helped me break everything down step by step and sort out what really matters. After just three questions, Sage said something powerful: before diving into work, I need to prioritize my 7YO son—no exceptions. That really hit home. She helped me come up with small, manageable daily and weekly options I can spend time with to build relationship. I wanted to pick three things to focus on, but Sage gently advised against it and suggested starting with just one small daily task to build habit stacking. Once I agreed, she gave me a full weekly plan. It’s like having a wise mentor guiding me, but also a super-efficient personal assistant. If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely let Sage help you!
Introduction
Hello I am a 13 year-old currently looking at my self-improvement. And while I don't necessarily have a lot of ADHD or a lot of the symptoms, I genuinly find it hard to stay focued on a task in one block or over some days. This makes it quite hard to stay on track with a new habit or just to stay doing an activity for a long period. Thanks for any help and support.

Hello Anshu, I’ve never been officially diagnosed, and I’m not hyperactive either, but everything Jim described has been a struggle for me since I was a kid. Over time, I’ve learned to adapt and got used to it. When I was younger, I was lucky—I didn’t have many gadgets to distract me, so I mainly focused on reading, drawing, writing, and meeting society’s pressure to get good grades. Now, as an adult, I’m facing the same challenges with staying focused on simple tasks. I often feel overwhelmed, with a million ideas in my mind but little execution. Jim’s 5-day challenge helped me better understand myself and identify what might be causing these issues. You might want to start there. He’s also developing an AI tool (not yet open to the public) that’s helped me prioritize and tackle things step by step. Breaking big projects into small, manageable daily tasks is another helpful strategy. I hope these suggestions help you get started.🙂
Useful speech to txt tools
For everyone who hates typing, or is still wrestling with Jim’s Year-End Reflection questions, here are a couple of free speech-to-text AI tools so you can just talk your thoughts into existence. They both handle multiple languages in a single take, so you can mix and match without toggling settings. - WisperFlow (works on both phones and computers). It does not just transcribe your rambling but it cleans up. - Typless: only for desktops.

ADHD .......AND hormones??!!!😯🙈😂
Happy Tuesday y'all! The video below just popped up on my YouTube suggestions......as it has a Christmas theme! 🎄 🙈😂Just to make managing our ADHD brains even harder....us women have hormone fluctuations! And peri/menopause is a biggie! This hilarious video is kind of one for the ladies (only funny cos its true!) but men will probably find it funny too reminding them of someone they know! (Its the same team who produced the fab ADHD Parody I posted) https://youtube.com/shorts/-Q8IcP31xNo?si=5uMG1vcW2SX3e5m2
