Step by step plan on becoming the best version of yourself
Step by step, plan on becoming the best version of yourself. NOTE: This isn’t the ONLY WAY. This might not even be the best way, but it is one way. The reason for this post is because it came up in a conversation, and I thought that someone might like a step by step plan or knows someone who could use one, so I gathered all of my notes that I could find on the subject and put something together. After reading it and rereading it, it felt like something important was missing, so I asked AI to look it over and fill in the gaps. I liked the way it came out, so I'm posting this with the AI addition. Becoming the best version of yourself is a continuous process of self-awareness, improvement, and action. Here’s a practical, step-by-step guide to help you on this journey: Step 1: Gain Self-Awareness Actions: Journal Daily – Reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Assess Strengths & Weaknesses – List what you're good at and what needs work. Take Personality Tests – Try MBTI, Enneagram, or StrengthsFinder to understand yourself better. Ask for Honest Feedback – Talk to close friends, mentors, or colleagues. Step 2: Set Clear Goals Actions: Define What “Best Version” means to You – Career success? Inner peace? Physical fitness? Use SMART Goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Break Down Big Goals Into Smaller Tasks – Turn yearly goals into daily steps. Step 3: Build Healthy Habits Actions: Start a Morning Routine – e.g., meditation, exercise, reading, and planning. Prioritize Sleep – Aim for 7–8 hoursb ml of consistent, restful sleep. Eat Clean – Increase whole foods and reduce processed items. Exercise Regularly – Minimum 3x a wek; include strength, cardio, and flexibility. Step 4: Cultivate Emotional Intelligence Actions: Practice Mindfulness – Try 10 minutes of daily meditation or breathwork. Respond, Don’t React – Pause before reacting emotionally. Develop Empathy – Practice seeing things from others’ perspectives. Let Go of Past Baggage – Consider therapy or coaching for deeper work.

Count me in🌱🫶🏾
Always growing aka day 32
Today I figured I don’t enjoy the 5 minute practices. I know 7 minutes and 5 minutes are close. That couple of minutes really does make a difference for me. I don’t know or understand a lot about zodiacs and horoscopes, what I do know is energy is real and most of the traits of Taurus are a part of me. One thing for certain and two for sure is I don’t like being rushed😹. The practice I did on Monday(not Jaggers or Adam) and the one today(Jaggers) were both rapid. Most of the time I’m laid back and calm and that’s how I enjoy my breath work. Since I’ve been practicing and posting others have remarked on my growth and I’ve always said thank you even though I didn’t see it so much. It’s taken over 30 days for me to cheer my growth. It’s was from receiving the compliments and encouragement as well as giving myself grace. And of course being open to what is for me. I pray as we go through our days we remember to receive the compliments and encouragement showered upon and be open to what Universe, God by whatever name we call them, her or him has for us Much Love and Many Blessings!
