Wow, this was amazing! It kicked my butt but it felt good!

I actually planned this ride weeks ago before realizing there wasn't as much flexibility in the Dig In Calendar as I was expecting. Since then, I have let go of the expectation of being able to finish this program in 30 days like it is designed, and adjusting my mindset around that has helped. I WILL finish, but I am giving myself more time and allowing myself more room to enjoy more spin classes before the end of the year as I work toward my first 50 rides milestone. It was a nice treat to see @Rachel Zehnder !!!!! Tomorrow I'll be back at it to do The Dig for the first time! Hope you all had a good kick off to your Wednesday too!

This one wasn’t as much of a shock this time around- was expecting those 100 bicycle crunches 😂

I took a few days off to rest and recoup. Back at it this morning. Feeling stressed with work- the company has made the decision for us to return to office three days per week, starting Jan 5th. I have known about this for a few weeks but have been struggling with what to do, what the right decision is- to stay, to go….really feeling the negativity lately.

I smashed my knee pretty good yesterday while setting up the Christmas tree but still needed to get out of the house for the morning walk. Walking is a little painful but the weather was lovely and this kids smile makes pushing through some pan worth it. Happy Monday!
