Love this thing
This walk pad is a life savor…I’m too summer for winter and this little guy has gotten me moving. It will no doubt carry into the warmer months on rainy days or night time when I need a bit of motion. Sticking with the 10 minutes “program” until I’m done so I did two 10 minutes (arms and legs) and a 15 minute walk while listening to the Body Mindset this morning.

It’s been a bit…
I’ve been pressing play, but haven’t been checking in and giving or getting support and accountability for a little while now. I needed a beat, and I also just was unfocused. But I have been missing it- and especially in the month of February, I’m going to focus on loving myself and showing some love to others too 💛 After a poor nights sleep and the wind causing havoc on my head- I slept later than planned this morning , but came home and got in 15 minutes on my walk pad. Hoping to get in 10 more minutes and a good stretch later tonight!
