Consistency - what brings me back I believe are my habits. My workouts etc have become a part of who I am. It’s hard to remember back when it wasn’t. I must of had sooo much time in the am lol but seriously it’s become such a habit that it’s no longer about quitting. It’s like showering or brushing my teeth with regards to working out and am routine. Staying connected to community keeps me motivated and I’m not alone.
