Hanukkah starts tomorrow, Christmas is 12 days away, and I know in the next two weeks, I have three work potlucks to bring things for. Things are getting busy, it’s less easy to plan, there’s more room for enjoying amazing social company and treats and there’s also more room for temptation and self-sabotage. This felt soooo good and needed! I'm so glad I've added it to my Wednesdays

Just coming to vent bc I couldn't sleep last night and my child was up a lot so that combination led to a 49 sleep score with over 2 hrs awake.... ugh

I'm loving that I'm still doing my yoga on Wednesdays even though I didn't love this one. It's going to be so important to take care of my body through this program

@Krista Evans posted her Hume band screenshots and insights and I wanted to share some of the similar (yet slightly different) insights and data I get from my Oura ring just in case you’re looking for a tracker, now you have two to compare! I do have an Apple Watch too but it’s old and I only use it to track my activities (cycling, walking, running and my BODi workouts) because it seems much more accurate. (Although it’s all an estimate anyway!) All of this is such a reminder that your progress and the way your body is working “well” is muchhhhh much more complicated, layered, and multi-faceted than just what your scale tells you.
