Question for the Community:
We currently face the following challenge: - Appointments are scheduled through a calendar system. - Communication with clients happens in five different languages. - However, all WhatsApp appointment confirmations are sent in just one single language, regardless - of the language the client originally used. Example:A client books an appointment in English but still receives the confirmation message in Italian. Goal:As soon as the system detects the language the client originally used (either in WhatsApp or when booking through the calendar), the appointment confirmation should automatically be sent in that same language. Question:Is there a way to 1. automatically detect the client’s language (via WhatsApp or the calendar entry), and 2. send the confirmation message in that detected language?

Question for the Community:
Hello dear team and community – I’m reaching out for your help
For several days now, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with appointment scheduling via WhatsApp. I’m not sure what went wrong, but appointments are no longer being booked. At first, the AI suggests times, but then it says those appointments are not available. This situation has become very exhausting, and it takes a lot of energy—energy I would much rather devote to my clients. Unfortunately, the same issue seems to reoccur every couple of weeks, which is very frustrating. I would be truly grateful for the community’s help and for a long-term, stable solution that allows both my clients and me to rely on the system without repeated disruptions. Thank you so much in advance for your support—I’m really looking forward to a lasting fix.

@Hari Prathap Balamurugan First of all, thank you for your quick response. I have carefully checked all the steps and settings several times, and everything seems to be set up correctly. However, the same problem keeps occurring: Sometimes the system works perfectly, but then, two weeks later, it stops working again — only to function briefly before failing once more. This constant back-and-forth is very frustrating and takes a lot of energy, which I would much rather devote to my clients. Since I have set up the prompt correctly and made all the necessary adjustments, I cannot understand why the problem keeps returning in such regular intervals. That’s why I urgently need a long-term and stable solution, so I don’t have to go searching for errors every two weeks. Thank you very much for your support — I truly hope we can find a lasting fix together.

SOLVED: 🌍 Non English Voice Latency Test Results: 350ms vs 3700ms
Hi @Jorden Williams I took my time to make a real life test to see if non english voice latency issue really exists. I created a very simple prompt with 1 tool attached and made an outbound call where user speaks first. English processor took 350 ms to respond (fastest reply ever) I than changed the processor to Turkish processor, result was 3700ms (Way too much, for short prompt) I have been testing my actual prompt in Turkish - I see up to 6 seconds of latency. So Non English Voice Latency issue really exists. I have a vision of reaching 100 customers in my market. I don't think it will be possible with 6 seconds delay on outbound calls, any demo I make, customers complain about the latency, I tell them that will be fixed when in production. I now see that only you can fix this problem, please make it a priority for me and for all non-english speaking Assistacrats working everyday to take your brand global. Thanks. @Cemre Sancaktar I’m facing the same problem. I tried to convince a dentist for his practice and a car repair shop to use it, but it took a very long time before someone answered the phone – which is why I currently only offer the WhatsApp chatbot. However, customers would actually like to have both options available.

@Mike Copeland The issue is that I have already spent a lot of time working with your software and I know it quite well by now. At the moment, I’m in the process of scaling my business. When I present the product to clients, everything works perfectly — from Instagram automation to WhatsApp automation. The only problem comes when a client asks: “Does this also work if someone calls this number? Can we use it to replace a staff member?”I answer “Yes,” but when the client tests it, the feedback is often: “It doesn’t sound that good, and it takes too long before someone responds.” From my experience, this is the key issue. If the AI could respond and answer very quickly on the phone, I could easily make at least five more sales per week. That’s why it would be a huge benefit for me and my clients if the phone response speed could be significantly improved.
Voice Engine Selection Live!
