For several days now, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with appointment scheduling via WhatsApp. I’m not sure what went wrong, but appointments are no longer being booked. At first, the AI suggests times, but then it says those appointments are not available.
This situation has become very exhausting, and it takes a lot of energy—energy I would much rather devote to my clients. Unfortunately, the same issue seems to reoccur every couple of weeks, which is very frustrating.
I would be truly grateful for the community’s help and for a long-term, stable solution that allows both my clients and me to rely on the system without repeated disruptions.
