๐Ÿš€ Daily Momentum Managing my family printing business where I run Facebook ads to generate clients and grow our services. My main focus is helping FMCG and household brands improve their product presentation through high-quality printing and packaging. In my free time, I explore opportunities on Upwork for print and packaging design projects, while also building AI-based SaaS tools for personal productivity and problem-solving. Multitasking is bad?
Why multitasking is bad for our focus? I mean it's like organising yourself and multitasking is like more organisation in our disrupted routine so why it is considered bad . Because in the mental mastery lecture, Sir Haroon khalil, said that multi-tasking should be avoided. Secondly, is it possible to do 2 to 3 things a day?

Sometimes it's better for those wo can maintain focus on multutask rather than just wasting time
Responsive Search Ads (RSA) vs. Expanded Text Ads (ETA)
Responsive Search Ads (RSA) vs. Expanded Text Ads (ETA) 1. Responsive Search Ads (The New Way) - Headlines: You provide up to 15 different headlines. - Descriptions: You provide up to 4 descriptions. - Optimization: Automatic. Google mixes and matches your headlines and descriptions to see which combination works best for each user. - Combinations: Over 40,000 possible versions of your ad. - Benefit: Saves time and uses AI to find the best-performing message. 2. Expanded Text Ads (The Traditional Way) - Headlines: You provide only 3 headlines. - Descriptions: You provide only 2 descriptions. - Optimization: Manual. The ad stays exactly how you wrote it; you have to change it yourself if it's not working. - Combinations: Only 4 possible versions. - Benefit: Gives you total control over exactly what the user sees every time. Important Note Google has now made Responsive Search Ads (RSA) the default. In most modern campaigns, you will primarily use RSAs to let Google's AI do the heavy lifting.

Good notes
Day 21 - March 27, 2026
Daily Journal Date: March 27, 2026 Day: Friday One thing I want to remember about today: I stayed consistent with my morning spiritual routine, but I need to control distractions and impulsive eating. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept: Around 8:00 PM Woke up: 5:30 AM What data will I look up after a month or year? - Sleep consistency - Prayer consistency (on time vs qaza) - Screen time vs productivity - Eating habits (impulsive vs planned) - Emotional control (negative phases) Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Donโ€™t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Donโ€™t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: - Watch and properly absorb community content - Stay focused (avoid scrolling & dopamine chasing) - Maintain discipline in diet and productivity What I donโ€™t want to do today: - Random scrolling - Going outside unnecessarily to escape work - Eating impulsively (shawarma, sweets) - Multitasking between YouTube and learning Practice: Watched community videos (partial focus) Speaking: Not practiced Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - Woke up early (5:30 AM) - Completed strong morning routine (Fajr + Surah Yaseen + Azkar + Wazaif + Manzil) - Continued learning through community content - Prayed Tahajjud Mistakes / Learnings: - Wasted time on scrolling and dopamine chasing - Fear of success and burnout led to avoidance behavior - Ate unhealthy/impulsive meals (shawarma, sweets) - Missed Isha on time (prayed later) - Entered negative mental state around 6 PM Discipline > mood. I need to act despite feelings, not follow dopamine. Prayer Times: Fajr: Prayed on time with full routine (strong start) Zohar/Jumma: Not mentioned
