One thing I want to remember about today:
I stayed consistent with my morning spiritual routine, but I need to control distractions and impulsive eating.

Slept: Around 8:00 PM
Woke up: 5:30 AM
What data will I look up after a month or year?
  • Sleep consistency
  • Prayer consistency (on time vs qaza)
  • Screen time vs productivity
  • Eating habits (impulsive vs planned)
  • Emotional control (negative phases)
Reminders:
  • No one can waste my time except me.
  • Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
  • The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
  • Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
  • Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.

  • Stay focused (avoid scrolling & dopamine chasing)
  • Maintain discipline in diet and productivity

  • Random scrolling
  • Going outside unnecessarily to escape work
  • Eating impulsively (shawarma, sweets)
  • Multitasking between YouTube and learning

  • Completed strong morning routine (Fajr + Surah Yaseen + Azkar + Wazaif + Manzil)

Mistakes / Learnings:
  • Wasted time on scrolling and dopamine chasing
  • Fear of success and burnout led to avoidance behavior
  • Ate unhealthy/impulsive meals (shawarma, sweets)
  • Missed Isha on time (prayed later)
  • Entered negative mental state around 6 PM
Discipline > mood. I need to act despite feelings, not follow dopamine.

Maghrib: Prayed at 6:30 PM + Surah Waqiya + qaza

Tahajjud: Prayed at 4 AM
