After doing the back workout, I had a lot of pain in my body, especially in my back. Today, I first woke up at 12:00 PM, then again at 1:37 PM, and then again at 3:00 PM. I kept waking up repeatedly because of the pain. 📊 Long-Term Focus - Hitting $1K+/month within 4 weeks. - Consistency in gym & Salah despite challenges. - Staying grounded in Deen while managing health and freelancing. 🌅 Day Start – Top 3 Priority Tasks 1. Gym session (Back maintenance despite soreness) 2. Daily Journal + Video Journal 3. Office/client work follow-ups + Loom prep for Asim bhai 🕒 Daily Timeline - 3:15 – 4:15 PM → Freshened up, took pre-workout, got ready for gym - 4:15 – 5:05 PM → Gym (Chest Day) - Flat bench press – 30kg total - Incline dumbbell press – 20kg each side - Cable chest fly – 5 sets, 20 reps, low weight - 5:05 – 5:25 PM → Talked with mother - 5:30 – 5:40 PM → Combined Zuhr + Asr prayer (missed earlier timings) - 5:40 – 6:25 PM → Went to buy some food, sat and chatted with mother - 6:25 – 6:40 PM → Maghrib prayer in mosque (with jamaat) - 6:40 – 7:10 PM → Rested (back pain) - 7:10 – 8:25 PM → Meeting on Upwork Adeel’s ID + calls with Saqib bhai - 8:25 – 8:40 PM → Isha prayer in mosque (with jamaat) - 8:40 – 10:15 PM → Back-and-forth client calls with Saqib bhai - 10:15 – 11:30 PM → Office prep and left for office - 11:30 PM – 12:50 AM → Ate food + 20 min walking outside office - 12:50 – 6:00 AM → Office work - 6:00 – 7:00 AM → Tea + came back home - 7:00 – 7:30 AM → Wrote journal ✅ Wins of the Day - Despite pain and low energy, I still showed up at the gym. - Salah's consistency. - Family time with Ammi, and supported her through pain/flu. - Client-related work managed responsibly. - Reflected deeply and stayed accountable with a journal. ⚡ Needs Improvement - Back soreness (from 88 kg PR) → need to manage form & recovery better. - Energy was low → need structured diet + sleep routine. - Cheat meals are increasing → must return to a cleaner system.
