🛏️ Sleep Log • Slept at: 8:00 AM • Woke up at: 3:00 PM 📊 Weekly Focus Reminder • Boost outreach with daily discipline (bids + client touches) • Prioritize Arabic class & prayers consistently • Stay active with gym and healthy meals • Keep Skool work + client deliveries flowing 🔔 Daily Reminders • Energy is built, not waited for — start moving • Fasting can sharpen discipline if balanced with rest • Stay consistent with small wins (gym + Arabic + Quran) 🌅 Day Start – Top 3 Priority Tasks • Add time blocks in Calendar • Editing • Outreach (Live) 🧠 Key Highlights of the Day • 3:00–3:30 PM → Arabic class • 3:30–4:00 PM → Project management • 4:00–4:30 PM → Nap (energy recovery) • 4:30–5:00 PM → Asar at mosque • 5:00–5:30 PM → Project management & quality checks • 5:30–5:45 PM → Quran reading • 6:00–7:00 PM → Opened fast + Maghrib at mosque + meal • 7:30–9:30 PM → Gym session • 9:30–10:00 PM → Project management • 11:00–2:00 AM → Sleep • 2:00–3:30 AM → Dinner + Netflix • 3:30–5:45 AM → Tahajjud, Quran, Fajr (reflection on Surah Kahf reminder) • 6:10–6:30 AM → Arabic practice ✅ Reflection: Low energy day overall, but fasting kept me grounded. Alhamdulillah for managing Quran, gym, and Arabic practice despite dips in productivity. Asking Allah to make me consistent, strong, and focused. 🎯 Priorities for the Next Day • Weekly outreach sprint → double bids & track results • Calendar discipline → strict time blocks with specific assignment • Deliver pending edits

$1K/Month Challenge Daily Journal Day 20 (24 Sep 2025)
After doing the back workout, I had a lot of pain in my body, especially in my back. Today, I first woke up at 12:00 PM, then again at 1:37 PM, and then again at 3:00 PM. I kept waking up repeatedly because of the pain. 📊 Long-Term Focus - Hitting $1K+/month within 4 weeks. - Consistency in gym & Salah despite challenges. - Staying grounded in Deen while managing health and freelancing. 🌅 Day Start – Top 3 Priority Tasks 1. Gym session (Back maintenance despite soreness) 2. Daily Journal + Video Journal 3. Office/client work follow-ups + Loom prep for Asim bhai 🕒 Daily Timeline - 3:15 – 4:15 PM → Freshened up, took pre-workout, got ready for gym - 4:15 – 5:05 PM → Gym (Chest Day) - Flat bench press – 30kg total - Incline dumbbell press – 20kg each side - Cable chest fly – 5 sets, 20 reps, low weight - 5:05 – 5:25 PM → Talked with mother - 5:30 – 5:40 PM → Combined Zuhr + Asr prayer (missed earlier timings) - 5:40 – 6:25 PM → Went to buy some food, sat and chatted with mother - 6:25 – 6:40 PM → Maghrib prayer in mosque (with jamaat) - 6:40 – 7:10 PM → Rested (back pain) - 7:10 – 8:25 PM → Meeting on Upwork Adeel’s ID + calls with Saqib bhai - 8:25 – 8:40 PM → Isha prayer in mosque (with jamaat) - 8:40 – 10:15 PM → Back-and-forth client calls with Saqib bhai - 10:15 – 11:30 PM → Office prep and left for office - 11:30 PM – 12:50 AM → Ate food + 20 min walking outside office - 12:50 – 6:00 AM → Office work - 6:00 – 7:00 AM → Tea + came back home - 7:00 – 7:30 AM → Wrote journal ✅ Wins of the Day - Despite pain and low energy, I still showed up at the gym. - Salah's consistency. - Family time with Ammi, and supported her through pain/flu. - Client-related work managed responsibly. - Reflected deeply and stayed accountable with a journal. ⚡ Needs Improvement - Back soreness (from 88 kg PR) → need to manage form & recovery better. - Energy was low → need structured diet + sleep routine. - Cheat meals are increasing → must return to a cleaner system.
