Exploring, testing + writing mistakes but things unfinished. Woke up: 3:00am Slept: 10:00pm 6:00 — 7:00am Already cutted spinach, washed + on stove. [Spinach is rich in magnisum, it supports mood] 7:00 — 8:00am Made channa chat as breakfast. 8:00 — 9:00am Rest. Around 9:00am on desk. 9:00 — 10:00am Insta, spent time commenting prompts/guides for motion graphics through coding in Claude Opus 5.5 bit testing. 10:00am — 1:00 pm Made a Python system that would ask for 30 min updates, keeping memory, gives on point weekly progress + added different features as I was thinking. Then for the daily agenda list which was looking like huge text. Thought about adding a game-like staircase + levels. Worked on the UI in image form gave it to Claude. Task completed , more stairs , next level. The point, if procrastination, make it harder. 3:00 — 4:00 pm Got overwhelmed with creating different versions + testing. So left it for tomorrow. 4:00 — 5:00 pm Checked Skool AI community. Also looked into different lead-generation automations through n8n. Sign up and begginer things. 5:00 — 6:00 pm Wrote down old mistakes. In January, I consumed + made notes from an 7+ hour course on positioning & offer creation. Then went to learn video editing. While doing revisions and working, I forgot around 80% of it. So I'll have to work on it again. 7:00 — 8:00pm Tried to eat something. I'm facing almost no hunger as if eating disorder. Will work on it. I felt high focus because it was almost like fasting, but long term that's bad. So I'll focus on fixing that too. 8:00 — 8:30pm Thought about making a weekly reliability score based on deadlines, challenges + health. Overall: Creative + Exploring day. A lot of building, testing, thinking and figuring things out. Didn't finish everything. But I found things I need to fix. And that's also progress. Now focus on health + continue working on the systems.

Sleep log: 3:30 am till 8:30 am (5 hours) I woke up at 8:30 am because today was Day 2 of my Implants class. Freshened up quickly, had breakfast and left for Islamabad. 10 am - 3 pm: attended class which was very informative, did hands on training as well and then lunch. 4 pm: reached home, sat with family for a while but I was extremely tired so i just went to sleep 5 pm - 9 pm: slept like a baby, i was literally out of the world. I went straight into deep sleep and woke up very fresh. 9 pm: had dinner with family and then helped clean up, washed the dishes and just sat with family for a while. 2 am: now I am in bed, going to sleep early so I can wake up early as well and get some work done inshallah. Overall, it was a very productive day for me and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Hoping for a much more productive and positive week ahead.
