Day 3 daily journal 11 July 26
One valuable lesson I learned today is to always write down the key points from the videos you watch. Keeping notes helps you remember important ideas, apply them later, and revisit them whenever you need them. It also keeps you motivated because you can clearly see how much you're learning and growing. Another powerful idea I discovered is this: **You have two brainsโ€”your mind and your notebook.** Your brain is for thinking, while your notebook is for storing knowledge so you don't have to rely on memory alone. I'm going to keep implementing this habit consistently because I believe it will help me learn faster, stay organized, and continue improving every day.

One thing I want to remember about today: Aaj ka din mujhe yeh yaad dilata hai ke consistency hamesha perfect routine ka naam nahi hoti. Pichle 2โ€“3 din right bazu aur hath mein severe pain ki wajah se community mein journal post nahi kar saki, lekin Alhamdulillah aaj dobara apni routine aur journaling ki taraf wapas aayi. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Sleep: 7:00 AM Wake up: 1:45 PM What data will I look up after a month or year? - Daily routine aur sleep schedule ka progress Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. - Donโ€™t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Donโ€™t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do using a diary. Dress order work (as health allowed) What I donโ€™t want to do today: - Health signals ko ignore karna - Pain ki wajah se himmat har dena Diet + Gym + Boxing Breakfast: Doodh + Slice Lunch: Chai + Paratha Dinner: Raat ka khana Gym: 15 minutes body stretching Practice: Video learning, notes preparation & dress designing Speaking: French language Detailed Routine (Chronological) - 3:00 AM: Tahajjud ada ki. - 3:45 AM: Fajr ki namaz ada ki. - 4:00 AM โ€“ 4:35 AM: Qur'an ki recitation ki. - After that: 15 minutes body stretching ki. - Morning: Doodh aur slice ka nashta kiya. - Till 5:30 AM: Apne kuch personal kaam kiye. - 5:30 AM: Laptop on kiya, videos dekhin aur notes banaye. - 7:00 AM: So gayi. - 1:45 PM: Uthi aur shower liya. - 2:00 PM: Zuhr ki namaz ada ki. - 2:30 PM: Chai aur paratha khaya. - Afternoon: Right bazu aur hath mein pain ki wajah se zyada kaam nahi kar saki, is liye kuch dair TV dekha aur rest kiya. - 5:20 PM: Asr ki namaz ada ki aur evening azkar kiye. - 6:00 PM: Order wali dress ki shirt ka design/drawing complete ki. - 7:20 PM: Maghrib ki namaz ada ki. - 7:30 PM โ€“ 8:30 PM: Apne liye aur choti behn aur bhai ke liye fries banaye. - After that: Dobara TV dekha aur rest kiya. - 11:00 PM: Isha ki namaz ada ki. - After Isha: Raat ka khana khaya aur kuch dair TV dekha.

Date: 11.7.26 Day: Friday Alhamdulillah, today I woke up on time and had my breakfast. Since it was Jumma, I prepared for the prayer, although my health was not good, so I couldnโ€™t stay very productive. After Zuhr, I lay down to rest but instead of sleeping, I wasted time scrolling, which I truly regret. This is something I need to control. In the evening, I got up and did some household work. Then I offered Maghrib on time. After that, I took my Tajweed classes, had dinner, and skipped my walk because I had a 10:30 PM class. Before my class ended, I offered Isha as well โ€” Alhamdulillah. Today showed me clearly that my time management is still weak. I delay tasks and waste time on unnecessary things like scrolling. I am trying, but effort without control is not enough. I need to be stricter with my time and start acting on what I plan instead of just thinking about it.

Soo I woke up at 4 15am,,prayed namaz zikar azkar,,And I went in fresh air till 6am tak,, usk bad mainy coffe banai pety huy Kuch research work kia,, reel banai,, phir random scrooling karti Rahi Qk main Monday tak har kisam ki parhai wlay Kam say break par humn๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ Khair usk bad mainy breakfast kia mosam acha tha waps thndi hawa main chali Gai waps aak thor asoa Gai 40 to 50 mints bss itna hi jab uthi to 10 ho rahy thy,, usk bad help ki amma ko thori boht phir mainy hair oiling ki,, shower lay kar namaz parhi,, usk bad Thori c friends say work related chit chat hui,,, baba aey jummay say unko lunch Dia,, Apny liye noodles banaye mainy phir bss Kuch grief nap Lia asar time uthi to mosaam intaha ka haseeen tba Barish Barish Barish Wala Barish main enjoy kia,, magrib ho Gai itny main namaz parhi or namaz k bad Ghar main guest aa gaey khair Mera Kya hai,,, main to dinner wagera k bad akely main chatt par agai bss Isha parhi or walk walk walk self talking self analysis karti Rahi... Phir Sony k lye aii or khud zoarrr say dant Kay kaha,,, "Overthinking say Kya ho jayga? Change to ni Hoga na Kuch? Stop it yarrrr plzzz" Apny apko thori suna k sakoon say soa Gai ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚ Acha din tha lkin Monday tak goal h mera khud ko har trhaa say thek krna,, tak comeback achy Wala ho Mera..
