Soo I woke up at 4 15am,,prayed namaz zikar azkar,,And I went in fresh air till 6am tak,, usk bad mainy coffe banai pety huy Kuch research work kia,, reel banai,, phir random scrooling karti Rahi Qk main Monday tak har kisam ki parhai wlay Kam say break par humn😌😌 Khair usk bad mainy breakfast kia mosam acha tha waps thndi hawa main chali Gai waps aak thor asoa Gai 40 to 50 mints bss itna hi jab uthi to 10 ho rahy thy,, usk bad help ki amma ko thori boht phir mainy hair oiling ki,, shower lay kar namaz parhi,, usk bad Thori c friends say work related chit chat hui,,, baba aey jummay say unko lunch Dia,, Apny liye noodles banaye mainy phir bss Kuch grief nap Lia asar time uthi to mosaam intaha ka haseeen tba Barish Barish Barish Wala Barish main enjoy kia,, magrib ho Gai itny main namaz parhi or namaz k bad Ghar main guest aa gaey khair Mera Kya hai,,, main to dinner wagera k bad akely main chatt par agai bss Isha parhi or walk walk walk self talking self analysis karti Rahi... Phir Sony k lye aii or khud zoarrr say dant Kay kaha,,, "Overthinking say Kya ho jayga? Change to ni Hoga na Kuch? Stop it yarrrr plzzz" Apny apko thori suna k sakoon say soa Gai 🙂🙂 Acha din tha lkin Monday tak goal h mera khud ko har trhaa say thek krna,, tak comeback achy Wala ho Mera..

Date: 11.7.26 Day: Friday Alhamdulillah, today I woke up on time and had my breakfast. Since it was Jumma, I prepared for the prayer, although my health was not good, so I couldn’t stay very productive. After Zuhr, I lay down to rest but instead of sleeping, I wasted time scrolling, which I truly regret. This is something I need to control. In the evening, I got up and did some household work. Then I offered Maghrib on time. After that, I took my Tajweed classes, had dinner, and skipped my walk because I had a 10:30 PM class. Before my class ended, I offered Isha as well — Alhamdulillah. Today showed me clearly that my time management is still weak. I delay tasks and waste time on unnecessary things like scrolling. I am trying, but effort without control is not enough. I need to be stricter with my time and start acting on what I plan instead of just thinking about it.

🌅 Morning Start - Slept at: 9:00 PM (last night) - Woke up at 5:30 AM - Finally got a proper night's sleep, so I felt much better than usual. ⏰ 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM - Made breakfast for Papa, Mama, Bhai, and myself 🍳 - Had my own breakfast - Took a shower 🚿 📚 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM - Spent the morning studying 📖 - Made notes while studying 📝 - Helped Mama with her small tasks in between 🏠 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM - Folded the clothes and arranged them in the cupboard 👕 - Helped Mama with a few more household tasks - Organized my room - Ate one mango 🥭 - Fried two kebabs and had one with a slice of bread 🍽️ 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM - Continued helping Mama with small tasks - Prepared food for the maid 🍞 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Made rotis for Mama, Papa, and Bhai - Shallow-fried samosas - Fried kebabs - Ate one kebab and two samosas ☕ 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM - Put tea on the stove - Watched a little drama while waiting 📺 - Made tea - Filled the water bottles 💧 🌙 Night Wrap-Up - Took another shower 🚿 - Slept around 8:30 PM 😴 🏆 Wins of the Day - Fixed my sleep schedule (at least for today 😅) - Had a good study session and completed my notes - Managed household responsibilities throughout the day - Kept my room organized - Stayed productive without feeling too overwhelmed ⏳ Time & Energy Audit Today felt much smoother because I woke up early after getting proper sleep. I was able to study, help Mama, and finish my household responsibilities without feeling rushed. 💣 Brutal Truth A good sleep schedule really changes everything. When I sleep on time, I naturally get more done without forcing myself. 📌 Lesson of the Day Sometimes the biggest productivity hack isn't doing more it's simply sleeping on time. One good night of sleep can completely change how the next day feels. 🌱

Assalam o Alikum. Aj k din kafi productive aur peaceful rha lekin thora bohot problem bhi hua. Subh Fajr k baad uth gaya tha k NUST k TEST k prep k lye almost 9 din Baaqi hain aur 21 ko paper hai to jaan laga kr mehnat krni hai. Subh uth gaya tha uth kr Fajr prhi, Quran aur FIFA k highlights dekhi. Uske baad prhne betha 2-3 chapters revise kiye physics k, pichli raat se kafi flue tha aur subh bhi tha, baqi din acha guzre is wajah se thora sogaya mama ne breakfast k lye uthaya nashta kya, revision complete kya, light nhi thi normally light nhi jaati but pichle thore dinoun se tang kr rhi hai. Phir Shower krke Jumma k lye gaya, Jumma k baad dadi k ghar gaya, ghar akr revision finish kya aur lunch kya, phir NUST k past papers k aik FLP kya. Kam marks aye ghalti wali copy mein register kiye ghalat answers ko. phir Asr k lye gaya, ASR aur Maghrib k darmiyaan Chai Break, family time aur paper review kya. Maghrib k lye gaye wapis aya to Questons ko ghalti wali copy mein likha. Iske baad Isha k time hogaya, chachu k pas gaya, isha prhi, ghar aya aur Jo Kal aur aj FLP ki thi usi ghaltiyoon ko aik baar review kya aur phir sogaya. KAfi acha din guzra flu k wajah se waisa nhi guzr ska jaisa socha tha but, jo hamare bas mein tha woh krlya baqi allah k zaat se umeed hai. Aj k lye itna hi, ALLAH PAAK JO IS COMMUNITY MEIN JIS MAQSAD SE HAI ALLAH PAK USKO KAMIYABI DE AUR US MAQSAD MEIN ASAANI FARMAYE. AMEEN!
