Problem with repeated outbound call attempts
I’m having an issue with outbound AI calls.When the system places a call and the person hangs up almost immediately, before the call fully connects, the system instantly makes between 2 and 4 additional contact attempts. In my setup, it should only make 1 call, not multiple retry attempts in a row.I already checked and I do not have multiple workflows triggering the call. What I want:If the person hangs up immediately, I want the system to stop and not call again. My question: Does anyone know whether this is controlled by the workflow, the call logic, or whether the system is interpreting those calls as not connected and automatically retrying? Timeline
Hey @Jorden Williams I know theirs a lot of issues going on with the transition to v3 and inconsistency, but I was just wondering if it's possible to give a timeline on when the systems return back to normal fully functional. Even a really broad timeline and I know that's really hard to say, but a really rough estimate works because I need to know if need to learn another tool for now and come back when everything's functioning. If that's possible please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Largemouth BASE?
I have a marina client. I'm trying to get the assistant to say "bass" (like "pass" or "mass"), but every #$#$% time it pronounces bass like "base". Prompt additions: Never use the word "bass" alone. Always use it with the type of "bass" like "large-mouth bass" or "small-mouth bass". When pronouncing the word "bass", always use the short "a" sound like in the word "mass" or "pass" and never the long "a" like in the word "mace" or "place". I've tried prompting it for pronunciation with the above, but it's almost comical at this point. The agent will say Agent: "largemouth BASE" Me: "What kind of fish?!? How do you pronounce bass?" Agent: "You know BASE, like as in pass or mass" Any tips to get the agent to pronounce things as directed?

In Voice Lab, are your assistants failing to greet normally? My current assistant says "{{assistant's greeting}}" every time despite prompting it directly not to do so. Doesn't matter which version of GPT I'm using.

Outbound calling issue

@Anthony Castiglia for the voice changing turbo has been the most problematic. I have tested it with a few different platforms. Only time you don’t have issues is with a cloned voice.

@Anthony Castiglia Yea, twilio has been more stable from what I saw. Yet I don't have the trouble with the voice changing on turbo with the cloned voice. Yet to be on the safe side of things the default voice engine works just fine and is the most stable. Hopefully it gets better soon.
