update_user_details not working when forwarding GHL Number to Assistable Number
Ticket 2201. I submitted a bug on help.assistable.ai went through a long multiday chat to end up with the live agent letting me know they would escalate this to you @Jorden Williams. This was 6 days ago and I have followed up many times with no one answering. Finally got a response yesterday that they were re-escalating but no timeline or response for an update today. That's the only reason I am bringing this here. The problem: update_user_details is not working when fowarding a GHL number to assistable number. The assistant collects all the info on the call but does not lodge it into GHL. As a result the assistant is not able to book in appointments and says it will follow up later with the user. Jorden can you please look into this?

@Justin Abee I'm saying you can take the tools out that you don't need to use. Any tools that you have with the voice agent can add latency because it's just another function that's added to the prompt on the back-end. For instance, if you're just gathering information, the way I run mine is that I just do it after the call using the post-call web hook. We extract the information, fill in the fields, and handle it that way. If you're having issues with booking appointments, that's something different than getting the information out that's going to be something with the calendar, and you should have the calendar ID in the prompt. Don't put any quotation marks around it, just the straight calendar ID.

@Justin Abee Well thats something different, you might need to setup SIP trunking. What does your post call data look like when that happens?
Voice AI Prompting-
I've been working on the GPT for voice prompting for the past week or so. I'm almost there, but I wanted to share with you how well we are with deep voice inflections to control those to make the conversation sound much more natural than what we currently have. Take a listen, this is the Marissa voice, the speed is 1.07 but a 1.25 emotion. Let me know your thoughts. Also, if you're in the dental, gym or any other vertical and want a prompt refresh, give me your best prompt if you don't mind sharing, and I'm going to run it through the GPT to see what I can come up with.

@Johnny Lavene yes something I use GHL as the middleware or backend for some integrations. If I run Assistable, I have to use GHL.

AI Live Chat - If Contact Exists Conversation Breaks after phone number given
Hey all, first time post here... In Live chat, if a Contact Exists, the Conversation Breaks after phone number given. (so they start anonymous but after details collected/updated the spawns a new conversation chat in createassistants inbox. My setup: GHL Live chat widget > Automation (Customer Replied via Live chat) > add tag for AI > Assistant communicates fine until it collects phone number of existing contact, then it spawns a new chat with existing contact (but the user has to say something - in the natural flow of the conversation they are expecting a reply). See below of the undefined undefined chat log was original. (attached below is the same live chat but you can see after the phone number is given it starts a new chat session but starts the conversation over) Found this but do not see a resolution: https://www.skool.com/assistable/contact-exists-conversation-breaks

Blocking Browsers...
Hey everyone, a few questions... 1. Is there a way we can block people/browsers from using the orb? If not, I am thinking of removing the Orb completely due to not having much control over it. Has anyone figured out a solution for people spamming the orb? 2. Will there be any new updates and improvements for the orb (Triggers/actions/booking/more stats/etc.) Thanks!
