Largemouth BASE?
I have a marina client. I'm trying to get the assistant to say "bass" (like "pass" or "mass"), but every #$#$% time it pronounces bass like "base". Prompt additions: Never use the word "bass" alone. Always use it with the type of "bass" like "large-mouth bass" or "small-mouth bass". When pronouncing the word "bass", always use the short "a" sound like in the word "mass" or "pass" and never the long "a" like in the word "mace" or "place". I've tried prompting it for pronunciation with the above, but it's almost comical at this point. The agent will say Agent: "largemouth BASE" Me: "What kind of fish?!? How do you pronounce bass?" Agent: "You know BASE, like as in pass or mass" Any tips to get the agent to pronounce things as directed?

In Voice Lab, are your assistants failing to greet normally? My current assistant says "{{assistant's greeting}}" every time despite prompting it directly not to do so. Doesn't matter which version of GPT I'm using.

Outbound calling issue

@Anthony Castiglia for the voice changing turbo has been the most problematic. I have tested it with a few different platforms. Only time you don’t have issues is with a cloned voice.

@Anthony Castiglia Yea, twilio has been more stable from what I saw. Yet I don't have the trouble with the voice changing on turbo with the cloned voice. Yet to be on the safe side of things the default voice engine works just fine and is the most stable. Hopefully it gets better soon.
2 Questions on Jorden's Video
I just finished Jordan’s video on Building a Production AI Voice Bot and had 2 clarifying questions: 1. Does the built-in Assistable knowledge base work with phone-based AI assistant conversations, or is it limited to chatbots and web call bots? 2. Why do we need to build a vector database using Supabase with Proship integration for the knowledge base? Would the built-in knowledge base function the same way, or is there a meaningful difference in capability or use case? Thanks in advance for the clarification!

@Lian Jin they can do that because they’re charging a higher cost per minute and the outbound calling is super limited so the usage of the knowledge base will not be used as much as you would be with a full production assistant from Assistable. Also, you’ll be completely tied to GHL.
Outbound Sounds Different?
Been on with support for 5 days trying to figure out whats going on, running into all kids of issues with my numbers. I just wanted to see if it was just me or not. Anyone else having issues where outbound calls are not following the script or just sound different in general than they do for inbound?

@Isaac Cheatham I haven’t had any issues yet but I wonder if it’s because I am using a SIP trunk and I’m not on the new platform yet.
