@Gabrielle Alizay agree - Definitely cool! Interested to see what happens this week with throat chakra. That’s been another hot spot for me lately

@Ntathu Allen heard! This is a tough season to stay mindful and focus inwardly, huh? So much external noise and pressure, although the universe is saying (in my case, yelling, lol!) to slow down and find quietness.
Day Two | Sacral Chakra | to feel 🧡
Self-inquiry: What emotions am I allowing myself to feel freely? What feelings might I be holding back out of habit, guilt, or self-protection? Let the answer be felt, not explained. I listened to this YN twice. Energetically it seems the chakra where things feel most out of balance. Kind of like @Gabrielle Alizay, at a core level, the concept of truly allowed to feel joy is a bit alien.Expressing it, and allowing pleasant sensations, hasn’t always been safe. I mean, as an intellectual level. it’s obviously safe, but really? Deep in my bones? Nope! But I’ve been working on that and the false voices are losing their power. There’s a certain joy I am allowing myself, it’s soft and subtle and becoming more steady. Not like the “wahooo!” kind of joy, but a grounded deeper more soulful level. I loved the part of the Nidra where I imagined sitting by a snowy creek. Letting tears of grief, and happiness and sadness trickle into the dark cool water. It felt accepting and nourishing. So I guess that’s another thing I’ve been allowing… Self acceptance.

Hi Everyone!
I’m a newbie and just learning about yoga nidra or is it nidra yoga? I’m interested in the integration with brain waves theta and delta, especially for sleep 🥳

@John Etcheverry Fellow human with a bit of CPTSD here. For me, Nidra hasn’t been a magic pill, but it’s helped me build nervous-system steadiness in a way approaches never did. I try not to chase specific brainwave states—more ‘can my body soften a notch right now?’ Better sleep? Sometimes, icing on the cake :)
Doing Less, Choosing More
Power doesn’t mean doing everything. It means choosing what’s worth your energy. The nervous system is regulated when you don’t rush to fix, control, or prove. You act from clarity, not urgency. Try this: Today, choose one thing you will not force. SHARE it below and we can all cheer each other on!

@Peter Faltin 💯%.Those kinds of wounds, once uncovered and acknowledged, can be hard work and take time to truly heal. Forcing forgiveness, though it sounds spiritual and evolved, can be emotional self-abandonment.

@Bridget Gordinier way to go! Rooting for you for another day!
The Waters Beneath the Belly 🧡
Below the navel lives a quieter intelligence. When the sacral center rests, feelings become waves. Not demands. Not confessions. Just tides passing through. You don’t need to express every emotion to honour it. Sometimes the most healing thing is to feel without reacting. ✨ Today’s reflection What emotion has been moving through you lately? Just name it.

Grief — the developmental kind that comes from old layers breaking through and finally being felt. It’s a good thing, actually!
