I’m a newbie and just learning about yoga nidra or is it nidra yoga? I’m interested in the integration with brain waves theta and delta, especially for sleep 🥳
@Tim Gray thank you! I’m familiar with lucid dreaming and a member of IONS. If I understand you correctly, Nidra is a state which is the goal and sleep might occur as a consequence? And through this process sleep quality may improve? This sounds slightly in line with other hypnagogic states. I’m seeking a simple practice that can assist with sustained theta-Delta cycles for optimal neuro regulation reset of those with C-PTSD and SUDs.
