I finally got my weight vest and hit some trails. I look forward to stepping up my workouts with this baby. Also, it’s been a few weeks now since I started the 1st Phorm supplements and am absolutely loving them. Definitely a lot higher quality than most brands I have used in the past. We are excited to announce that an 8-week transformation challenge is starting on January 12th. This program is designed to help a large group achieve significant personal growth. Following this, on January 17th, we will be hiking up the Verrado Victory Stairs. This activity promises to be a wonderful opportunity to embrace the outdoors and challenge ourselves physically.
