I’m on graves schedule so this is day 4 for me as well. Worked on hamstring and ankle flexibility.
February Day 3/7
Worked my shoulder and wrist flexibility today. I definitely am going to continue focusing on my flexibility in the future. I know that it’s something that is way undervalued for injury prevention. I got a great hip flexor stretch in to help close the day out. #28DAYSOFMOBILITY

Today’s Workouts
Had an amazing full body workout with circuit training and hose pulls followed by a nice scenic hike at Daisy Mountain. Finished the day off working on lower back stretch’s for day 1/28. It feels great to chase after your goals every day. I hope everyone is doing great today!
