Back in the swing of things!
Hey everyone, I hope you have all been doing good! Been a crazy couple of months for me and I had become a lot less consistent in my diet and exercise. I gained about 17 pounds back from the initial 80 that I lost. But, it’s time to get things rolling again. Something I’m still learning is how important balance is. When life challenges you, sometimes it’s easy to become overwhelmed by looking at the whole picture, but It doesn’t always have to be all or nothing. It starts with the choice right in front of you. So I decided to stop making excuses and kick my ass into gear. I did some meal prep and made protein buffalo mac and cheese/street corn bowls for me and the wife. Best wishes to you all!!!

Quater 1 is over
The first 56 days are in the book - Were they perfect? Far from it - But I am continuing to grow and better myself everyday. Did I hit a few strides along the way, make some progress and overall feel good about this journey so far? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Now its time to take this momentum into Quarter 2 and get even better. 1% each day doesnt seem like much but it adds up From 362 to 342 - From 4xlt and 5xlt to 3xlt and 4xlt shirts - From a 48 waist to a 44 waist - From a 2xl in shorts to a Large or XL We got more work to do but we movin in the right direction

Awesome job man, I love to see the progress. You’re absolutely crushing it dude.
Comparing myself to the passed
One of my big problems with a journey is I take to much time comparing to the old me. When I was fitter and healthier. When doing this I tend to lose track of where I am. How far Ive come. Yes I lost my way but Im on the right path again and Im moving forward. Im not where Inuse to be but Inam further than I was when I was lost. So stop, take a deep breath and remember to not re read your story but to continue writing new and improved chapters

Well said — this is something I struggled with too. When I started going back to the gym at 350 pounds, all I could think about was how I couldn’t lift the same weight I did at 200 pounds, or how I used to run a 5K in just under 22 minutes and now could barely finish in an hour. It wasn’t until I stopped comparing my current self to my old self that I finally started making real progress. Once I shifted my focus to who I am today — and who I’m capable of becoming — everything changed. I saw a huge difference in my personal, physical, and professional growth when I learned to focus on the present and take ownership of what I could control. Keep crushing it — progress is built one day at a time.
1st Phorm Ignition Stack
I recently ordered the ignition stack with the grape clear isolate and got to try it today for the first time after leg day. I gotta say, 1st Phorm continues to impress as always!

I have the watermelon too, I’m excited to try that one. Think I’m gonna have to order some more pumpkin spice too. The wife really loved that one.
