While hard skills are best put together with measured, soft skills are built by playing and exploring inside challenging or ever-changing environments. In other words, to build soft skills, you should behave less like a careful carpenter and more like a skateboarder or a skateboard park, aggressive, curious, and experimental. - Always seeking ways to challenge yourself. Remember aggressively, attack your Monday to set the tone and pace for the rest of the week.

Enjoy what you are doing
Cardio and workouts do not always have to be in the gym. Find something you enjoy doing outside and go enjoy some nice weather Today was really nice out so took sometime to go shoot the puck around at the local outdoor rink
Enjoy what you are doing

Welcome to this amazing community please introduce yourself below. 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ Hello! My name is Ely Rivera, and I have spent 22 years as a firefighter, dedicating my career to helping people—often in their most critical moments. This extensive experience has shown me the powerful importance of taking immediate action, communicating clearly, and working together to solve problems, whether big or small. Beyond emergency calls, my commitment to helping others extends deeply into my personal life. As a married man for over 17 years, being a family man isn't just a title; it's the foundation of my drive to create a safe and supportive environment, not only for my loved ones but for everyone in my community. This perspective reinforces my belief in understanding individual needs and building trust. I'm passionate about extending this mindset of service and support. Whether through community initiatives, mentoring, coaching, or simply being a reliable resource, I'm motivated to make a positive impact wherever I can. By sharing our skills and time, and approaching challenges with the same care we give our families, we can strengthen our communities and make them more resilient. We will work together using the 1st Phorm app along with 1st Phorm supplements and nutritional products. I look forward to connecting with others who share this passion for helping and exploring how we can collectively support those around us. @everyone 🚀 How to Get the Most Out of This Community I didn't build this group for you to be a spectator. I built it for you to take action. Here is how we move the needle together: 1. Introduce Yourself (The Level 1 Challenge) Don't be a ghost. Comment on this thread below. - Tell us: What's your current goal? - The "Ely" Special: What’s the hardest thing you’ve done this week? - Pro Tip: On Skool, you level up by getting likes on your posts. Introducing yourself is the fastest way to hit Level 2! 2. The Daily 10k Step Check-In We move every day. Whether you’re walking in the Arizona heat or on a treadmill at home, post a screenshot of your 10k steps in the community feed. This keeps everyone accountable—myself included.

Getting back to the basics of gear work
Did 2 seperate half hour walks back to back today - 1 while wearing just my SCBA at work and 1 while just wearing my bunker coat - just to start getting back into my gear since Ive been slacking a bit

Very nice bro, I love to see us getting back to the basics.
How bad do you want it?
Everyday, pick a workout. When you start to decline push harder. That’s where we find what we are made of. I believe in you!
