Yesterday at Disneyland getting steps in was easy with over 22,000 steps. Today, wifey and I hit the gym together for 90 minutes. We also came prepared this trip instead of just saying screw it because we’re on vacation. Plus, Element Hotel in Anaheim has a legit healthy free breakfast and Ben’s Fast Food in Anaheim was a great find for healthy prepared meals. We’re still enjoying vacation and I definitely enjoyed myself at Disneyland yesterday (stayed under my max macros) but I’m learning you don’t have to choose between enjoying a trip and taking care of yourself.
