I’m sharing this here because I want to emphasize how much this community or people matter. We have the resources, the knowledge, and the people right here in this community to win—but none of that matters if you don't do the work. This recognition is just proof of concept: the systems we talk about here work if you actually execute them. I’m grateful for the support from you all, but I’m even more excited to see who is stepping up next.
