What are your longevity secrets? 💪
You don't NEED to do all the health hacks in order to have a successful business, 💰
but if you're the type of person that's striving for more, you may want longevity so that you can have a positive impact on the world for as long a time period as possible.😍
If you're starting from 0, here's the top 5 tips I have to setting yourself up for health and wellbeing:
🫗Make sure you drink your water (I got a 40oz tumbler because then I don't have to remember or take the time to refill it throughout the day and i'm more likely to drink more water)
😴Get enough sleep (yes, you can get a couple hours of quiet time after the kids go to bed, but you could also do that if you wake up before them - and you'd get more & better sleep by doing that instead)
❤️Let it go (go onto Disney + and watch Frozen. Seriously, let it go. The more you stress, the more your body ages and kills itself)
💃Move at least 30 minutes a day (even you're doing squats and walking in place while holding a baby and watching TV - squeeze it into your day)
🍉Eat real food (if it has a label, it's processed. Try walking a U when you go grocery shopping. Produce, dairy, meat & seafood. That's all you NEED. Be very intentional about anything you pop into the aisles for)
