Day 1 & 2!
Just joined yesterday so I little behind and didn’t post on my first day.
Yesterday was day 1/21. Met my workout goal with an arms class and got pretty close to my protein goals. Have been doing intermittent fasting for the last couple years- so back to having breakfast!
Day 2 worked out for 45 minutes and tried a protein drink, not bad!
