Day 12
Been a little sick the last couple days but stayed on top of my nutrition . Suppperr on top of my protein. I think I finally passed the point of difficulty reaching my protein goals. A lot easier now :) Hopefully back at working out tomorrow. Took two days off. Excited to be back at it
9/21
Have been doing great with my workouts and hitting my proteins. Just need to cut off eating a little earlier lol feeling great 💪
6-7/21
Day 6 and 7 Day 6 Worked out in the morning, hit 12 k for steps and met my protein intake. Day 7 - missed my workout yesterday but kept track with everything else. :) will make up today for day 8.
Day 5/21
Worked out this morning + went on a long walk and got extra steps in. Met my food and water goals!
Day 3-4/21 (late)
Late for this but I have been keeping up with my protein! Adjusting this and realizing how much more water I need to be drinking with my increased protein! 😅 didn’t work out one of the days but making up for it today!
