30 minute workout today Met my protein goal and steps. Small procedure tomorrow so I’ll be taking a break but back at it in about a week! Will be staying on track with nutrition and steps while I’m off. Looking forward to some classes and PT to finish it off!

Day 4 yesterday! Slacked a little on protein. New concept for me having this much and also eating in the morning. But I’m feeling good! got my workout in βœ”οΈ
Day 1 & 2!
Just joined yesterday so I little behind and didn’t post on my first day. Yesterday was day 1/21. Met my workout goal with an arms class and got pretty close to my protein goals. Have been doing intermittent fasting for the last couple years- so back to having breakfast! Day 2 worked out for 45 minutes and tried a protein drink, not bad!
