So here’s how the workout is done.
We will be doing 4 rounds. Each round is 5 minutes.
There are 5 exercises and you will be doing them 1 minute each.
- Knee to elbow crunch or pikes
- Body weight alternating lunges
- Towel lat pull down and press
- Prayer push
- Hamstring curls (on the towel)
